Bethenny Frankel revealed new details of her health crisis on Real Housewives of New York, saying she was bleeding everywhere.

The Skinny Girl founder revealed her serious medical concerns on last night's episode, saying she was constantly bleeding as if she was on her period since having her IUD removed, and was going back to her doctor 'first thing.'

And the 45-year-old said she had bled 'all over the car and everything in my house.'

'Last year was the crying game, this year is the bleeding game,' she said later.

Meeting with costar Luann de Lesseps, Bethenny said she was running late because she had been bleeding, laid down to rest and then 'couldn't get out of bed.'

When Luann asked if she was OK, Bethenny admitted: 'I don't know. I've been bleeding profusely.

'I'm bleeding as if I got my period every single day and I went and had my IUD removed. And now, not to be gross, literally, I bled all over the car, I bled all over everything in my house.'

She was going to back to her doctor 'first thing' tomorrow, she said.

'Are you ok?': Bethenny told Luann she'd been late to meet her because she laid down in bed and then couldn't get up again

'As a woman, you know yourself and you know when something's not right,' Bethenny told the confessional.

'When you said you were going to be late, I just laid down, and I couldn't get out of bed,' she told Luann.

Luann wasn't thrilled to have been kept waiting, asking: 'Did you fall asleep or something? Because I've been sitting here.'

Bethenny apologized and later joked: 'Darling, I'm sorry to be late, but I'm bleeding like a stuck pig.'

And a glimpse of next week's episode showed Bethenny doubled over in apparent pain while shopping with costar Dorinda Medley.

'I'm bleeding a lot, I'm going to go to the doctor. I think there's something wrong with me' a tearful Bethenny says, holding her head in her hands.

'I gotta get out of here.'

Her revelation came as the outspoken reality star was seen crying and talking about having to have surgery and getting her 'living will' in order in an earlier trailer for the current season.

While she has not revealed details of her health crisis, Bethenny told Entertainment Tonight that it was a women's health issue and ruled out cancer.

'I have a couple of different female issues going on at the same time that have created kind of the perfect storm, so I am dealing with it,' she said.

'I'm OK right now. I've had moments of not being OK,' she said, calling the experience 'scary.'

Also Wednesday's episode, the reality star also gushed about her new boyfriend, saying she was now rethinking her vow to never remarry.

Bethenny is dating banker Dennis Shields, who is separated from his wife - who went to high school with Bethenny.

Calling him 'smart and passionate,' she told costar Carole Radziwill: 'He's like, ''I'm in love with you and I'd marry you tomorrow.''

Despite saying it was 'too much' and she wanted to put on the brakes, Bethenny admitted: 'I did say that I would never get married again and I'm taking that back.

'I'm not saying I'm getting married. But I can't destroy everything because of one bad apple,' she insisted, referring to estranged husband Jason Hoppy.

'Smart and passionate:' Bethenny gushed about her new boyfriend on Wednesday's episode and said she had changed her mind about never getting married again

The dramatic episode came as costar Jules Wainstein announced seemingly out of nowhere on Wednesday that she was divorcing husband Michael.

But Wednesday's episode of The Real Housewives Of New York City showed their marriage was already crumbling over New Year - with Jules already suspicious of infidelity.

Jules, already frustrated at how little her husband of eight years was helping with their two kids Rio, 3, and son Jagger, 5, then further flipped at him talking too long with a coach check girl, asking him bluntly: 'Why, was she hot?'

'He was even looking for a hot nanny this morning,' she told her friend Dorinda Medley, with Michael making a quip about wanting to 'find somebody that's appropriate' and teasing that was what he was discussing with the coat check girl.

'If Michael's making a joke to the coat check about finding a hot nanny, go f*** yourself,' Jules said angrily when interviewed on camera later, also blaming him for her losing patches of hair due to alopecia sparked by stress.

Jules - who has now ditched Michael after allegedly finding him cheating with another woman - had been angry at Michael for getting home late when they had a double date, shocked that he would still insist on taking a shower.

And she was then even more suspicious when her husband kept leaving the table to be on his phone, sending texts and posing for selfies.

Her fury at her husband had first been expressed earlier in the episode as she discussed with her girlfriends how she was stressed over her father's ill-health after he got pneumonia and also needed an operation.

'Michael's not very good with the kids,' she complained in the scenes taped just after New Year, explaining that the previous night she got home at 1am after a stressful day.

'Rio woke up and she was crying and he comes downstairs angry at me - ''Get her milk!'' - and I'm like, ''You can get her milk,'' she told her friends, her disgust obvious.

'That's a bad dynamic that you've gotten yourself into,' Carole Radziwill told her, a sentiment echoed by the others.

'There's a lot going on in Jules' life right now - I feel sad for her,' Dorinda explained later. 'I feel her loneliness. She's a young mother doing it on her own and I think she could use more communication. It's difficult.'

Later during their double date, Jules repeatedly complained to Dorinda about her husband, including how she came home late to find the kids in bed still in their school uniforms and Rio in 'a full diaper.'

She also complained at how Michael was not willing to take care of the kids so she could go on a planned trip with the girls to Mexico, saying later: 'If I'm gone for a girls' vacation, which I never take - step up to the plate, man.'

'There's not a woman that walks this earth that's married with children that doesn't at some point just say, ''I can't stand him - what was I thinking?'' Dorinda insisted later on camera.

Luann de Lesseps, meanwhile, went around like a giddy schoolgirl telling everyone she had met her soulmate - with Sonja Morgan realizing she was also still seeing the same man at the time her friend was supposedly falling in love.

'My Tom?,' Sonja asked when Luann revealed the identity of he soulmate.

Luanna told Sonja she had been seeing Tom D'Agostino Jr. for six weeks - since just before Thanksgiving - telling her: 'I knew after the first week that I knew him that this guy was my soulmate.'

Fighting desperately to keep a fake smile on her face, Sonja repeatedly checked the time period - later admitting on camera that she had been with him after Thanksgiving and at least two weeks after he first got together with Luann.

'My head's going to blow up because I was just with the same Tom over a month ago,' Sonja admitted on camera.

Her voice dripping with sarcasm, she added: 'He may be her soulmate but I've been doing him forever, so I don't understand how she knows my Tom. But hey, he's her soulmate….

Luann admitted she knew that Tom had been with Sonja, but seemed to think it was a one-off rather than 'doing him forever' as Sonja put it - and presumably thinking it ended before they got together.

'Tom told me that he ''hooked up'' with Sonja, so I think it was a bit of the wham-bam-thank- you-ma'am kind of story,' Luann giggled on camera. 'Y'know - quick in and out.'

While Sonja kept her new secret, Ramona Singer was less reserved when Luann confessed her new love to her, telling her bluntly: 'He calls his ex every day and tells her he loves her. And he gave her a gold bracelet for Christmas.'

After Luann attacked her for trying to 'burst my bubble right now' - with Ramona's daughter Avery also shocked at her lack of tact - Ramona insisted: 'I'm sorry, I want you to be guarded with your feelings, that's all. I'm happy for you - but you better be careful, that's all I'm gonna tell you.'

By the time she broke the news to Bethenny, Luann had turned the bracelet story into a positive, telling her: 'I'm so happy that he's that kind of a guy to give her a gift, it was very thoughtful of him.'

At the drinks, Luann invited herself to a tequila tasting trip to Mexico that Bethenny had planned for the girls — but was not actually planning to include Luann in.

Carole was also seen getting more loved-up with toyboy Adam Kenworthy - but was close to tears when she recounted a story about looking after a kitten from a shelter and then losing it when it had to be returned to its family.

'I had nothing short of, like, literally a breakdown. I was hyperventilating. I was like, ''I can't believe I'm not going to see the kitty again'',' she told Bethenny, later saying it gave her 'a moment of clarity' that 'I have set up my life to be temporary.'

'I owe this little kitten a lot. This little kitten taught me what every relationship could not teach me. And that is that you can't live life as though it's temporary,' she explained later.

'I'm happy now with Adam. I've always thought in some part of my mind that Adam is so temporary. And now I'm starting to think maybe he's not,' she said.
