Kim plays 'F***, Marry, Kill' game involving George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and Obama and calls W. 'a cute little President' but edits it out because of his history with Kanye

  • Kim Kardashian made the surprise admission while filming for her app
  • Her pal had said she would 'kill Bush' but Kim said she 'loves George'
  • 'I just think he's a cute little president,' she later admitted
  • But hubby Kanye said Bush 'doesn't care about black people' in 2005
  • So the sweet aside was cut from the video's final release

Kim Kardashian was caught out saying that she 'loves' George W. Bush while recording a video for her app, but edited the remark out to save the feelings of hubby Kanye, it emerged Thursday.

Kardashian and her girlfriends were recording a 'f***, marry, kill' video with a presidential theme when she let slip the surprising remark about Bush, who Kanye said 'doesn't care about black people' in 2005.

But when presented with the footage, she decided to trim it out - and it might never have come to light at all if she hadn't been caught out by GQ (note: link contains nudity).

'Cute': Kim Kardashian thinks that George W Bush is 'a cute little president' and 'loves' him, it emerged Thursday, after she made the remarks in a video recorded for her app

The video, which was recorded for the Kim Kardashian West Official App, shows the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star playing the game with her friends and sisters.

Things go well until Kim's pal Malika announces: 'I'm marrying Barack, I'm f***ing Bill, and I'm killing George.'

'But I love George,' Kim says in the video, quietly.

At the time it passed everyone by, but when the clip arrived in the editing suite - where Kim was deciding what would and would not make it into the app - it caused a huge fuss.

Luckily GQ was shadowing Kim at the time, so it was all caught for posterity.

Kim was worried because of Kanye's history with Bush - most famously in 2005, when he announced 'George Bush doesn't care about black people' during a live TV fundraiser for Hurricane Katrina victims he was presenting with Mike Myers.

West made the remark after what he felt was a poor response by authorities to help the crisis-stricken, largely black population of the city.

So naturally Kim saying she 'loved' her husband's one-time nemesis would have been a shock to app users. In the editing suite, she was told: 'I think you should edit that out.'

'F***, marry...': In the app video she and her pals play 'F***, marry, kill' with subjects Bush, Bill Clinton and Barack Obama. A friend said she would kill Bush - to which Kardashian reacted in horror

'With Kanye's history with George…' she agreed. 'I love George, though,' she said sadly. 'I just think he's cute. Like a cute little president...

'And the (Bush) kids sent us a baby gift. Let me think about it.'

Eventually her remark got cut from the app's video. But thanks to GQ we know the truth - though sadly not whether Bush's cuteness would have put him ahead of Clinton or Obama.

And of course, if Kanye does follow through on his promise to run for president in 2020, that could make the whole discussion moot.

Kim has identified as a socially progressive Republican in the past, but now says she's backing Hillary Clinton for the nomination.

Bush was reportedly displeased by Kanye's 2005 comment, calling the accusation 'disgusting' and 'the worst moment of my presidency' in an interview for The Today Show.

'I didn’t appreciate it then. I don’t appreciate it now,' he said, according to Entertainment Weekly.

'It’s one thing to say, "I don’t appreciate the way he’s handled his business." It’s another thing to say, "This man’s a racist." I resent it, it’s not true.'

That same year Kanye said he regretted the remark. He told Rap Radar that his experience of being called a racist after butting into Taylor Swift's 2009 Grammy acceptance speech made him feel a 'connection' with Bush.

'Because that next morning, when he felt that - I felt that, too,' he said.
