Jennifer Aniston was accused of being pregnant after she displayed a fuller midsection while on holiday in the Bahamas with husband Justin Theroux earlier this month.

And ever since then, the world has been staring at the 47-year-old actress' tummy as she hits the town in New York City.

On Friday the Friends vet seemed to have had enough with all the attention to her stomach as she used both an olive green hat and a blue denim jacket to cover her waist.

InTouch Weekly magazine had claimed that Jennifer and Justin, 44, were 'ecstatic' to be starting a family 10 months after tying the knot, using the pictures of the lovebirds on the beach in the Bahamas to claim that she has a 'bump.'

'She's pregnant,' a friend of the couple confirmed to the magazine in its Wednesday edition. 'She and Justin are ecstatic. Jen has wanted to have a baby with Justin for years.

'Their baby news came at a bad time in her life, too,' the source added, indicating that they have known since late May. 'She just lost her mother, and she and Justin almost broke up. But now this surprise pregnancy has turned the worst of times into the best of times.'

Jennifer - whose ex-husband of five years Brad Pitt now has six children with Angelina Jolie - revealed last year that she would like to start a family with Justin, and denied that she had deliberately put her acting career first.

Soon after InTouch's claim, Aniston's rep denied the Along Came Polly star was with child. 'She is not pregnant,' said the Friends star's spokesperson in a statement to Entertainment Tonight.

'What you see is her having just enjoyed a delicious big lunch and her feeling safe on private property.'

On Friday, Jennifer seemed to tried to hide her tummy, which did not look to have any kind of bump.

The Mother's Day actress showed off toned arms with a black tank top with a tight fit. She also had on an Indian print ruby colored miniskirt that seemed to have a wrap closure.

Black flip flops made her look ready for a day in Malibu as did her loose blonde beachy waves.

A gold necklace with two charms and gold-rimmed aviators added a bit of sparkle.

The Emmy winner was guided from a black SUV by a muscular security guard. It is not known where she was headed.

Aniston appears to have some time off this summer, which must be a relief after she just finished filming Office Christmas Party with Jason Bateman, Olivia Munn and Kate McKinnon. She also recently worked on The Yellow Birds with Tye Sheridan and Jack Huston.

Jennifer's trip to the Bahamas comes shortly after she lost her estranged mother Nancy Dow to a long and enduring illness at the age of 79.
