On Wednesday's episode of The Real Housewives of New York City she opened up about the 'women's health issue' that has been plaguing her.

But as she stepped out in Chicago on Saturday for a promotional event, Bethenny Frankel sure didn't look bothered.

The 45-year-old showed off a big smile as she celebrated a new cocktail from her successful Skinnygirl line.

Bethenny sported a sleeveless, navy blue dress that cinched in at the waist, highlighting her trim figure.

The form-fitting dress featured a low-cut, V-neck front, and fell to a pleated skirt that hit at just above her knees.

The stylish Bravolebrity coupled the flattering dress with a pair of edgy, red peep toe pumps with cut-outs.

Her short, brunette tresses were worn in a side part, and styled straight, emphasizing her trendy, bob cut.

Upon arriving at the event, Bethenny was spotted holding up a margarita - embellished with a piece of watermelon, as she stood beside a bunch of hunky models sporting red, Skinnygirl T-shirts and holding up bottles of the new cocktail: Watermelon Lime Margarita.

Bethenny was on hand to autograph bottles of the new drink for fans, also offering samples of the Skinnygirl creation.

She teased Chicago fans about her event in the caption, writing: 'Can u guess which flavor we're sampling #chicago? @skinnygirlbrand #skinnygirlselfie.'

They looked to be having a blast together as Carole could be seen turning around to look at Bethenny, who was hanging out in the back seat.

Both women were laughing in the picture, which Bethenny had captioned: 'How we roll in chicago @CaroleRadziwill @SkinnygirlBrand.'

Struggling: Earlier that week, Bethenny had revealed health struggles on The Real Housewives of New York City as she shared that she was constantly bleeding as if she was on her period, admitting she had bled 'all over the car and everything in my house'

Trouble to come: A preview for the upcoming episode seemed to show that her health issues would continue, as she was seen doubled over in pain and said: 'I'm bleeding a lot, I'm going to go to the doctor'

Meanwhile, on Wednesday's episode of RHONY, Bethenny opened up about her recent health issues, saying that she was constantly bleeding as if she was on her period, admitting she had bled 'all over the car and everything in my house.'

And a clip for next week's show revealed that the struggles only continue for the star, with her saying: 'I'm bleeding a lot, I'm going to go to the doctor.'

The Skinnygirl creator continued: 'I think there's something wrong with me, I've got to get out of here.'

Weighing heavily: The star has been worried about her health issues, and though she has not specified what they are, she did say that they required her to have surgery

A trailer for the Bravo series, revealed in April, showed Bethenny telling her co-stars that she had to have surgery.

And while Bethenny confirmed that she has been struggling with a 'women's health issue,' and that she had to have surgery for it, she has yet to reveal exactly what it is.
