He confirmed last month that his five year romance had come to an end, but it looks like Ricky Wilson is moving on.

The Voice coach has been enjoying a luxury break in Antigua this week, but the musician isn't relaxing on the white sands and in the clear blue waters alone.

Taking a dip in the ocean, the 37-year-old Kaiser Chiefs frontman cuddled up to a pretty bikini-clad brunette.

Stripping down to a pair of black swimming shorts, Ricky looked relaxed and happy as he played in the surf with his mystery companion.

The brunette showed off her tanned and toned body in a tribal print bikini as she wrapped her arms around the singer as they enjoyed the cool waters on Friday.

Ricky has been busy sharing updates on his holiday with his Twitter followers, but although he has posted pics of the stunning scenery at his luxury retreat, which has been voted the world's most romantic resort, he has made no mention of his friend.

The star was sorry to leave as he tweeted over the weekend: 'Thanks to everyone at Sandals Antigua for a terrific time. Can I stay and join the staff?'

Ricky, whose act Stevie McCrorie won the latest series of The Voice, recently announced he had split from Lesley Williams, his partner of five years.

The singer admitted to The Sun last month that he ended the relationship with the TV producer after they struggled to adjust to his heightened fame levels, due to the BBC One singing contest.

He shared in an interview with the newspaper's Fabulous supplement: 'I took the risk of putting myself out there and I knew it was going to change me.

'I feel quite uncomfortable that I dragged someone else in who didn't want that. It's a huge part of my life and I find it tricky that I can't have it both ways.'

A source added to the newspaper: 'Ricky always wanted to keep Lesley out of the limelight and hates the idea that people will be talking about their break-up.'
