Sources told the website, the singer and Nancy - who has worked with Kanye West, Justin Bieber and Jennifer Lopez - became embroiled in an argument on May 23 on Chris' tour bus allegedly over Nancy's employment terms.

Chris' verbal tirade was allegedly so severe, that the tour manager felt unsafe so got off the bus immediately.

The following day she explained via email that she had felt unsafe as she claims the Loyal singer was 'irrational and high on drugs.'

The tour manager claims she felt threatened as the singer made reference to doing 'what he did to Mike G' to her.

Mike 'G' Guirguis is currently suing Chris for allegedly severely beating him.

Because of this, Nancy allegedly refused to stay on the bus after the argument out of fear for her safety.

TMZ reports a production manager on the tour also complained, through his lawyer, saying Chris has been verbally abusive and threatening.

The incident comes as his other ex-manager Mike G amended his lawsuit against Chris on Friday to include defamation as the singer went on a tirade claiming he fired Mike for stealing money.

Mike via his lawyer has claimed this was not the case, that in fact last month on May 10, the singer took Mike into a room and punched him repetitively in the face requiring Mike to seek medical treatment for his injuries which included 'air pockets in his jaw from the punches'.

Mike claims he worked with the star since 2009 when he was brought on to help Chris in the wake of his brutal assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna. The manager was meant to help the singer clean up his image and keep him debt and drug-free.

Chris has denied the incident with Mike and the DailyMail.com has reached out to his representative about this latest claims made by Nancy but has yet to receive comment.
