The 26-year-old ex-boyfriend of Real Housewives of New York star Sonja Morgan is being sued for $15million by a business partner.

Benjamin Benalloul is accused of 'stealing company funds for his personal entertainment' and engaging in wrongful conduct that includes 'drug and alcohol abuse, harassment and mistreatment of employees' in court papers filed by Emir Bahadir.

The two men are founders of the real estate company RLTY International, and Bahadir is asking that Benalloul be forced to sell his share in the company and hand over at least $5million for breach of his fiduciary duties and another $10million in punitive damages.

The two men founded the company with Benalloul's father, Albert, who is named alongside his son as a respondent in the suit.

Benalloul said he plans to file a $100million countersuit in response to Bahadir later this week.

At odds: Benalloul (left in May 2013) is being sued for $15million by Emir Bahadir (right in December), his business partner in the real estate company RLTY International

'Ben's projection of a seasoned real estate professional is nothing more than a charade, and is belied by his dilatory and destructive behavior, including his theft of company funds to bankroll his lavish lifestyle,' writes Bahadir in a petition filed Monday in the Supreme Court of the State of New York County of New York.

He goes on to claim in the petition: 'Ben's out-of-control partying, which includes rampant drug and alcohol abuse, is seriously harming RLTY's business, employees and reputation.'

Benalloul is described by Bahadir as an 'aspiring socialite and 'serious "partier"' who 'spends his time frequenting various bars, restaurants and nightclubs on an almost nightly basis, often abusing drugs and abusing alcohol.'

This late-night partying has caused Benalloul to miss meetings and entire days of work claims Bahadir, who adds that his partner's 'disheveled appearance and demeanor have caused clients and others working with RLTY to walk away and do business elsewhere.'

The petition then details some of the company funds Benalloul has allegedly used to pay for his nights out, stating he spent $500 on September 14 to go to nine bars and restaurants while taking seven cabs; $400 a week later on bars, restaurants and nine cabs; and another $400 on October 5 for a night out on the town.

Benalloul is also accused of 'ordering hundreds of dollars-worth of delivery food and Uber rides on an almost daily basis.'

This spending caused Bahadir to cut off Benalloul's access to company funds this past February and tell his partner that instead they would reimburse him for all approved expenses after he paid for them out of his own pocket.

'But instead of understanding the implications of there decisions, on or about March 23, 2016, Ben decided to take out a "personal loan" in the amount of $35,000 in order to pay for a hotel suite at the flashy One Hotel in Miami, for which he then demanded reimbursement,' claims the petition.

'Although Ben claimed to Emir and [his father] Albert that he paid for the hotel in order to host a booze-filled party for a new sponsor of the business, Ben knew at that time that RLTY was no longer committed to doing business with that partner.'

The petition goes on to detail how Benalloul used the office to party with friends twice in October, leaving doors unlocked and putting a wine bottle in one woman's desk as a joke.

And another incident in December 2014 when it was learned 'he had been using the company iPad to take indecent photos of himself and an unidentified woman in his bed, who was only wearing a bra.'

Benalloul also sent a fellow employee a photo of a private conversation he had with a young woman, which included a photo of her in just a bra claims Bahadir in the peition.

The young man also taunted his father recently over text message according to the petition, which states that he wrote to Albert: 'If I'm not happy ... And this isn't a threat ... Every dollar will go down the f***ing drain ... Your [sic] either going to piss me off and burn every dollar or get along and secure your investment ... I have nothing to lose and you have the world to lose.'

Bahadir is asking that 'Ben be forced into a buyout of his membership interests by remaining members of RLTY,' pay at least $5million plus interest for 'breach of his fiduciary duties' and be 'liable for punitive damages for his tortious and malicious breach of fiduciary duties in an amount to be determined at trial, but not less than $10million.'

Benalloul had a brief turn as one of Sonja Morgan's boy toys on real Housewives of New York when the two dated back in 2013, though some questioned the legitimacy of their relationship.

The pair eventually parted ways after a few months and Morgan started being seen around town on the arm of former Bachelor star Lorenzo Borghese.

Benalloul told Page Six about his plans to file a countersuit, saying Bahadir's petition is 'based on lies' and contains 'crazy allegations.'

He also said that the $35,000 Miami hotel suite mentioned in the court papers was paid for with his own American Express.

'We haven’t been getting along,' Benalloul said about his relationship with Bahadir.

'We will split the company, but this isn’t the right way to go about it.'
