Charlize Theron is an accomplished actress with one Oscar under her belt.

The 40-year-old actress proved that she's just as focused when it comes to raising her children right as she treated daughter August to a play day at a children's gym in Beverly Hills, California on Tuesday.

Charlize was dressed for comfort in black leggings and black top along with blue trainers, and athletic wear was a good choice as she cradled August close in one strong arm.

The mother-of-two wore a black baseball cap and shades, and her blonde hair was smoothly swept back.

A good time was had by all judging by the little crowd that lingered in the parking lot.

Charlize kept her little girl close while chatting with some gym staffers.

As the dutiful mother that she is, Charlize must know that children's gyms are all the rage for providing gymnastics, music and dance classes that help to build self-esteem and confidence.

Charlize adopted August in July of 2015 and previously adopted son Jackson in March of 2012.

Meanwhile, Charlize will soon be heading to St. Tropez to attend Leonardo DiCaprio's star-studded charity bash on July 20.

Leonardo DiCaprio is hosting the fundraiser - his third - to raise funds in support of environmental awareness and research for climate change, conservation and preservation grants.

Other guests expected to attend include Kate Hudson, and Lana Del Rey and The Weeknd will be performing.

The foundation board members and event co-chairs will also be there - Cate Blanchett, Marion Cotillard, Penélope Cruz, Robert De Niro, Jonah Hill, Scarlett Johansson, Tobey Maguire, Edward Norton, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Kevin Spacey.

The Titanic star launched his foundation in 1998 with a mission to protect 'the world's last wild places.'

Leonardo's foundation has awarded $45 million in grants and supported 70 organizations worldwide.
