Kendall Jenner, 20, splashes out $6.5million on her SECOND home - a six-bedroom, five-bathroom Hollywood Hills mansion

Back in January they listed their renovated Hollywood Hills home for a cool $8 million in hopes of moving their growing family to the East Coast.

And it appears John Krasinski and Emily Blunt have met their match in fellow celebrity Kendall Jenner, who purchased the Sunset Strip-centric home for $6.5 million, according to TMZ. 

Since its initial offloading months ago, TMZ reports the 4,800-square-foot contemporary-style mecca dropped in listing price to $6.95 million.

Nestled in the crevice of a canyon and right above the iconic Chateau Marmont Hotel, the multimillion dollar residence is home to six bedrooms and five full bathrooms, according to multiple reports.

The property features a swimming pool, three floors, and a spacious outdoor patio designed by The Office star himself.

For a home with plenty of space, it's the perfect fit for the wildly successful supermodel whose friends and family also reside in Los Angeles.

The reality star's latest real estate investment comes fresh off the heels of her first purchase back in 2014. At just 18-years-old, Kendall purchased a stunning - albeit much smaller - two bedroom condo for $1.39 million.

Her former high-rise building was situated in the lavish LA area of Westwood but given Jenner's extremely demanding work schedule since then, it's safe to assume she might not have spent much too time there.

Younger sister Kylie Jenner, 18, also just made a major upgrade to her own living situation. In May, TMZ reported the makeup maven plunked down a steep $6 million for her own Hollywood Hills mansion.

Not far from where mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian reside, the 7,000-square-foot home also features six bedrooms, a wine cellar, large pool and landscaped grounds as well as an open plan living area and kitchen. 

Just weeks ago, Kylie listed her Calabasas 'starter home' for $3.9 million, which she purchased in mid-2014 for $2.7 million

The gossip source reports Kendall signed the official documents on Wednesday in New York City and the deal will close on Friday.
