They celebrated their first wedding anniversary last month. 

And Amy Adams proved things are still going swimmingly for her and her long-term beau Darren Le Gallo as they hit the gym together in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The 41-year-old actress was suitably clad in skin-tight leggings and a grey top, as Darren, 41, matched her attire for the couple's workout.

Given California's soaring temperatures, the duo ensured they were prepared with tinted shades and large bottles of water. 

Amy opted for a fuss-free look, tying her fiery red mane in to top-knot and not wearing an inch of make-up.

The American Hustle star's love for Darren was obvious as she engaged in hearty chatter with him while he slightly led the way to the workout session.

Amy and Darren have been together 15 years but only tied the knot last year.

The couple met in an acting class in 2001 and were married in a small ceremony on May 2, 2015. 

They share daughter Aviana together, who turned six last month. 

It was recently announced that Amy will be honoured for her twenty plus years in the acting industry with her own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. 

And given her hectic schedule, it's clear why she deserves the iconic recognition. 

Amy has currently been dividing her time between family duties in London and filming Justice League in London.

The much-anticipated Superman action fantasy film comes out next year and will see her reprising her role as Lois Lane, alongside Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck. 

Amy has several other projects in the works, and it was recently announced that she'll be starring in a sequel to Enchanted - the 2007 movie which was her big break - called Disenchanted.

The five-time Oscar nominee is also starring in sci-fi movie Story Of Your Life and alongside her celebrity lookalike Isla Fisher in thriller Nocturnal Animals, both of which are due out later this year.

In addition, Amy can be seen next year in thriller TV series Sharp Objects, in which she plays a reporter who is covering a violent murder in her hometown.
