Budding fashionista Sasha Mielczarek launched T-shirt print business with tattoo artist brother Jay... before he fell for The Bachelorette Sam Frost

He's known to The Bachelorette fans as a construction manager, but fans are unaware that Sam Frost's new boyfriend Sasha Mielczarek was once a budding fashion entrepreneur.

The 30-year-old reality star from New South Wales' Camden started up a T-shirt print business with his younger brother Jay Mielczarek in 2009.

They called the business JayBoy by SDM using his young sibling's moniker and the initials of his full name, Sasha Dean Mielczarek.

It's unsure why the business came to a halt, but it seems that Sasha hasn't given up on his creative side, even painting a sketch for Sam on the hit Network Ten show.

Meanwhile, Jay is a professional, working as a tattoo artist at Picton Tattoos in NSW, as well as airbrushing designs on cars alongside his Rebels bikie father, Sasha Snr.

According to the company biography, Sasha was the one who started the business and got Jay on board.

It also adds: 'Sasha works as an engineer after graduating from the Australian National University with a bachelor of engineering with honors majoring in mechanics, materials and manufacturing, and a bachelor of commerce majoring in finance.

'Away from school, Sasha also has a love for custom cars and the art of tattooing, as well as a few pigs ears (beers) with his brother. 

'Finishing high school in 2002, Sasha has travelled the world, from the UK and Europe through to America and South Africa playing rugby. 

'It was in America in 2009 he brainstormed with his family, and with brother Jay and decided to develop a business which would eventually rival all major T-shirt companies worldwide.

Last week, the nation watched Sam trying to fight back the tears as she stood in front of Sasha and said: 'I've been waiting my whole life to meet you.'

Returning his declaration of love from earlier in the show, she added: 'Sash, I love you so much.'

The pair have been inseparable since the show came to and end, sharing their love across social media for all to see.
