She has faced a string of heartaches as her ex Lamar Odom continues to struggle with his demons.

But Khloe Kardashian proved she is at least fighting fit when it comes to her health as she looked in better shape than ever as she stepped out in LA on Tuesday.

The 32-year-old turned heads as she went braless in a black vest top teamed with super-skinny jeans, making the most of her amazing physique.

She completed her outfit with a pair of Christian Louboutin leopard print heels - which she later swapped for fluffy black sliders - and a lime green bag as she arrived for filming on Keeping Up With The Kardashians in Agoura Hills, California on Tuesday.

The sheer black bodysuit showed off every curve, especially her perky assets. Also on the back of her jeans her name was engraved on the back with a kiss.

Khloe's ever changing locks were styled in a short blonde beachy waves for the day.

The outfit certainly showed off Khloe's dramatic body overhaul thanks to her gruelling daily workouts.

She has dropped 40lbs since last year, after deciding to hit the gym hard and change her eating habits as a coping method as she dealt with the end of her marriage to Odom.

She explained to People magazine: 'I definitely think the physical and the mental go hand in hand.

'I feel so good in the gym that it [affects] the rest of my day. It's a healthy addiction. It's like buying your sanity!'

Diet was key in her transformation - with her beloved dairy being the first food stuff to be culled.

She explained: 'I’m obsessed with cheese and milk, but eliminating them from my diet made the biggest difference. In a month and a half, I lost 11 pounds just from not eating dairy, without doing anything else different, and that totally blew my mind.'

She also admitted that Lamar's drug and drink overdose last year 'mentally took it's toll' on her - and reports suggest she has thrown him out of the $25,000-a-month home she rented for him to recover in after allegedly finding drug paraphernalia.

Her appearance comes as it was claimed the former basketball star was thrown off a flight due to being intoxicated.

TMZ reported Tuesday morning that Odom was in the Delta Lounge at Los Angeles International Airport 'pounding down beers and whiskey' before boarding a red eye to New York City, and ran into some trouble soon after he got on the aircraft.

Two passengers on the flight say that just before the plane was set to leave the gate Odom bolted out of his seat and ran towards the front of the cabin where he vomited in the galley, before returning to his seat covered in sick. He was then escorted off the flight.

After the news of Lamar Odom's reported drinking binge on Monday night, Khloe has been bombarded on Facebook with both negative and positive comments.

However, when one user tweeted her 'Instead of running the streets with Mr. steal your girl you need to be helping your HUSBAND,' Khloe did not mince her words.

She responded: 'Stay in your f***ing lane little girl.' 'You know nothing about anything. You're a sheep herded by society.' she added.

TMZ reported that Lamar had to be removed twice from a Delta red-eye flight from LAX to New York on Monday night after throwing up in the galley and plane toilet.

Khloe is currently divorcing Lamar, filing papers for the second time in May this year, after separating from the former Lakers player in 2013.
