'Who listens to haters?' Serena Williams insists she doesn't have time for trolls' cruel comments as she opens up about her love life and career in new Vogue video

  • The 34-year-old filmed a '73 Questions' video for Vogue's YouTube channel
  • In the clip, Serena talks about her tennis career, sharing the match that made her most nervous and the most outrageous call against her
  • The designer also talked about her personal sense of style, admitting she's made plenty of fashion mistakes but tries to own them
  • When asked about past romances - which include rapper Drake - Serena said the 'most romantic' thing a guy has done hasn't happened yet
  • However, she did name 'Aubrey' - which coincidentally is Drake's given name - as the 'funniest' person she knows

With a record-tying 22 Grand Slam titles to her name, Serena Williams just doesn't have time to pay attention to all the trolls out there who want to criticize her looks, style, or game.

The 34-year-old recently filmed one of Vogue magazine's '73 Questions' videos, participating in a rapid-fire Q&A in which she talked about tennis, fashion, and just generally being awesome and confident in who she is.

Because, as she put it: 'Who listens to haters?'

Congratulations Serena Williams on winning Wimbledon! And we continue to see snaps of her sporting more than just a tennis racket in her new video with Vogue. Lucky us!

In September, she unveiled her second HSN Signature Statement collection which featured a lot of figure flattering looks, including the dress she's wearing here. Serena tapped into an important trend as designers from the low-end to the high have been turning out bodycon ribbed dresses that walk the tightrope between demure and risque.

Sadly, you can't get Serena's collection just yet as this style is from the Fall 2016 collection. But click right to check out the current range and start planning your spring buys now.

If you can't wait until then (and we can see this style sail through the winter; just add tights and boots), see below, because we've found some form hugging frocks below.

Wow! She recently won her 22nd Grand Slam title, tying Steffi Graf's record

In the video, the tennis great admits that 'life is pretty good' these days, weeks after winning her 22nd Grand Slam title at Wimbledon, tying Steffi Graf's record.

Wearing a body-hugging burgundy dress and high-top sneakers, she doesn't seem to make a big deal about the accomplishment, explaining that 'after 12 or 13 or 14' wins, 'you kind of stop' celebrating the victories in the same way.

That isn't to say she's cocky, however. In fact, she name-checks Steffi and Roger Federer as the best tennis players of all time, and says she is still learning to be her best.

'I'm still a student of tennis. Every time I'm out there I try to learn something new,' she says.

In what she estimates to have been over 1,000 matches over the course of life, she still credits Venus, her sister and sometimes-opponent, for teaching her the most, adding that the older Williams is still her dream doubles partner.

When asked what would happen if she ever hit someone with a serve, the star says: 'We would immediately have to stop everything, call 911, and rush them to the hospital.'

Luckily, that hasn't happened yet — but Serena has had some missteps. She says she doesn't like the foot fall rule in tennis, but the craziest call ever made against her was when she 'lost a point because I yelled "come on" too loud'.

The number-one-ranked athlete also shares a few other tidbits about her career, revealing she always washes her hands before a match, was most nervous to face off against Caroline Wozniacki in the US Open final in 2014 (which she won), and would work twerking into her victory dance — if she ever had one.

But despite her prowess on the court, Serena isn't so great at every sport. She admits she's 'terrible at basketball' and is also 'probably the world's worst ping pong player'.

Serena also has a second love besides tennis: fashion. She just debuted her latest collection for HSN, and said she would happily work as a full-time fashion designer if she weren't also a professional athlete.

She even shows off her designs in the video, pulling a matching sweater over her dress while talking about style.

She loves shoes, she says, and would describe her own look as 'confident'. That doesn't mean she doesn't have fashion regrets, however— in fact, she says, she has 'so many'.

'But I'm gonna just own 'em,' she adds.

The 5'9" powerhouse adds that if she could raid any celebrity closet, it would be Mariah Carey's because the singer 'has amazing shoes'

Serena also talks music and celebrity crushes with Vogue, revealing she swooned a bit over the singers in Kris Kross when she was younger.

As far as favorite songs, right now she is loving Work by Rihanna, explaining that it's the jam that always makes her dance.

The star offers plenty of other fun facts, too, coining her hypothetical superhero name — Superena — and saying that the 'most romantic' thing a guy has ever done for her hasn't happened yet.

She had heard a pretty terrible pick-up line, though: 'Are you tired? 'Cause you've been running thru my mind all day.'

Interestingly, Serena also names the 'funniest person she knows' as a guy named 'Aubrey', which is the given name of rapper Drake - who was born Aubrey Graham and is her former flame - leading many to believe that he is the oh-so witty someone Serena is referring to.

Finally, Serena talks about the charity work that she does, which she's quite proud of.

'I have this Serena Williams fund, it's my charity. It's amazing, we do a lot of work,' she says. In fact, she'd like to be remembered for her charitable works.

'I do a lot of stuff locally but also around the globe I've done a lot of stuff as well,' she adds.
