'It breaks my heart because it's the same cycle, it sucks': Kim Kardashian expresses sadness for Khloe during KUWTK teaser as Lamar crisis continues
Khloe Kardashian helped nurse Lamar Odom back to health after his near-fatal October overdose.
But by the spring the former NBA great was back to his old ways.
In a clip from the upcoming episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, sister Kim, 35, expresses sadness over how Khloe,32, is wrapped up in the downward spiral that has become the basketball player's life. Mrs Kanye West added that her sister is missing out on the funner excursions for their Cuba trip.

Kim and Kourtney are seen in white as they get driven up to Ernest Hemingway's Havana home in a hot pink convertible.
Kourtney gets out first then Kim is helped out of the car.
The two stand there patiently like school children as a guide named Isabel tells them about the old home.

The ladies walk up the stairs and take a look inside, but for some reason don't enter. Neither says much as the guide explains that Ernest did not live in luxury but had simple pieces in his home.
Kim is then seeing talking to the camera while wearing a black dress.
'This house is so cool, it's such a part of Cuban history that I wish Khloe could see this,' the star says.

'I just want her to, like, live life and enjoy herself and not worry about it all, which just breaks my heart because it's, like, the same cycle over again. It just really sucks.'
Odom, 36, had been spotted drinking alcohol in a bar just before Easter. He was also subsequently seen enjoying hard alcohol while at a bar inside the Beverly Center.
It seemed as if Khloe and Lamar were on a good path in early 2016 with her taking him to NYC for the Yeezy3 show then helping Odom decorate his new Calabasas home, which she paid for.

But when she heard he was drinking again, she filed for divorce for a second time
'Everyone in her family is happy that she is moving on. She has all the support possible,' a source told People.
On Thursday UsWeekly reported Lamar has moved to NYC where he is acting wilder than ever.
It was claimed he has been 'hitting strip clubs, smoking pot and drinking heavily.'

Lamar has been in New York to start a new life and has left Los Angeles behind. 'He wants to rebuild his life in New York - but that’s not really happening,' said an Us source.
His two children - Destiny, 17, and Lamar Jr, 15 - are very worried after he skipped an intervention in NYC just last week.
'They are so upset,' a source claimed. 'The kids really wanted the intervention to happen. Everyone wants Lamar to get help.'
His family reportedly was hoping he'd go to rehab in Florida. This comes nine months after he almost died from an overdose at a brothel in Nevada.
The children's mother Liza Morales, who was once married to Odom, and aunt JaNean Mercer planned a July 22 intervention with addiction specialist Ron Dock, according to UsWeekly.

The plan was to get the former LA Lakers basketball star to the Darryl Strawberry Recovery Center in Florida.
But Odom was notified of the plan in advance by a 'childhood friend' and he left.
On his way to NYC he got into trouble. The former NBA great was kicked off a Delta Airlines flight from Los Angeles to NYC July 11 for vomiting.
Meanwhile, Khloe has been in San Diego with her family to help her grandmother MJ celebrate her 82nd birthday.
On Wednesday Kim, Kendall and Kourtney joined her as she hit Del Mar race track.
Khloe looked thinner than ever. When she was accused of being 'too skinny' on social media she tweeted that she was in shock.
She also said she would mark it in her calendar because it was the first time she had ever been called too thin.
