Poehler and Arnett were granted a 'dissolution of marriage' in Los Angeles on Friday. They will have joint custody of their sons Abel and Archie Arnett and neither will pay child or spousal support in the split.

As a child growing up in Silver Springs, Maryland, he read extensively about Thomas Jefferson and planned to be a lawyer, like his father, after graduating from the University of Virginia. Since then the Republican presidential nominee has been criticized for saying the grieving parents 'viciously attacked' him.

A Hillary Clinton supporter was arrested outside the Democratic nominee's rally in Pittsburgh on Saturday for attacking an elderly man. Joshua Sturman, 23, walked over to a group of protesters holding Donald Trump signs across the street from the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and attempted to light an American flag on fire before tackling Richard Dillon, 67, to the ground according to the criminal complaint in the case. He was apprehended by police on the scene soon after and is now facing charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, causing or risking catastrophe and recklessly endangering another person.

A certain ladies' man in the Clinton family is getting a whole lot of social media attention these days, and it's not Bill. Rather, it's the 42nd President of the United States's nephew, Tyler Clinton - the 22-year-old son of Bill's younger brother, Roger. After Tyler popped up - very briefly - on stage during the Democratic National Convention last week, a few eagle-eyed fans did some digging and uncovered some seriously smokin' pictures of the former (and possibly future) First Nephew.  A recent graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Tyler is the son of Bill's younger brother, Roger. The hunky youngster, who grew up in California, has done some shirtless modeling in the past.

The elephant fell into a well while a herd of more than 60 elephants were passing through the Ramgarh district, around 50 km from Ranchi, in the Indian state of Jharkhand on Wednesday night. For the duration of the night the villagers of Sutri remained wide awake with the wailing mother. In the morning forest rangers came with an earth mover and made a slope for the elephant to crawl out-of after an hour-long rescue operation.

A new photo shows the 15-year-old victim of the Wisconsin 'psycho teen' attack recovering from her injuries in the hospital (main image). Kali J. Bookey (inset) was charged last week as an adult with first-degree attempted homicide in the attack on her older brother's girlfriend. Bookey allegedly confessed to breaking into the home of her brother's 15-year-old  girlfriend, who she beat and stabbed for hours. During the attack, Bookey allegedly referred to herself as a 'psychopath' who was looking for 'her first kill'. Bookey told police that she didn't want to kill the victim , only scare her enough so that she would move away. She said she had grown to hate the victim for how happy she made her 16-year-old brother. She is said to have stalked her victim for at least a week and a half leading up to the attack.

NEW Amanda Knox penned a piece about moving in with her new boyfriend, saying that the experience reminded her of when she was in prison in Italy. The 29-year-old wrote about how she was preparing herself to combine her belongings with another person, including her clothes and books, when she began to think about her time behind bars (right). 'I'm reminded of how my cell in Capanne prison transformed in character with the arrival or release of even just one prisoner,' wrote Knox, who is moving in with Christopher Robinson (left).

NEW The hot air balloon owner who crashed in Texas and killed all 16 people aboard had been arrested for drunken driving four times, been to prison twice and charged with drug offenses - but was still allowed to keep his pilot's license. Alfred 'Skip' Nichols, who had also been stripped of his motor license at least twice, 'couldn't drive a car but he could pilot a hot-air balloon,' said an attorney who represented a passenger who sued Nichols in 2013.

NEW The pilot (right) of an American Airlines flight from Lexington, Kentucky, to Charlotte, North Carolina, did not tolerate an intoxicated man who attacked members of a flight crew. Michael Kerr (left, center, right and inset), 25, from Kentucky, was banned from flying after appearing in court on charges of being intoxicated and disruptive, assault on a female, communicating threats and interfering with the duties of a flight crew or attendant. A video of the incident that occurred on July 21 showed the pilot tackling Kerr to the floor yelling: 'You don't put your hands on my flight attendant!' The video showed the pilot and a female flight attendant patiently asking Kerr to have a seat. Kerr was attempting to exit the aircraft when the flight crew tried to get the insolent man to calm down. The court ordered that Kerr cannot fly on commercial airlines and must not make contact with the flight attendant he attacked. He is out on $25,000 bond.

Although the exterior of the Lagoa Stadium, which sits on the banks of Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas and approximately 1.7 miles from the tourist hotspot of Copacabana, appears messy, the interior is thought to be complete.

Cathy Schenkelberg, above, a devoted Scientologist, didn't know she was on Tom Cruise's list of potential love interests when she walked into an audition for the role and said she hated the actor. When she went into the audition to be Cruise's girlfriend, she thought the audition was for a Scientology training video. The audition went miserably and soon after she was blacklisted by Tom Cruise because she said she didn't like him. Schenkelberg was a friend of the stars - her daughter was buddies with Isabella and Connor Cruise, she'd hang out eating burgers with John and Kelly Travolta, and was on first name terms with all the A-list Scientology stars. She even shared a nanny with Tom Cruise's sister, Cass Mapother. But no one knew that Scientology had taken her whole life savings, pensions, medical insurance, and reduced her to living in her car with her daughter (inset).

Malia Obama was spotted letting loose over the weekend with friends at the annual Lollapalooza music festival in her hometown of Chicago. President Obama's oldest daughter could be seen twerking and grinding with a few gal pals on Sunday (right) while enjoying a performance from rapper Bryson Tiller. Malia, who was wearing a midriff-baring tube top and pair of cutoff jean shorts, even posed for a few photos while she danced. The 18-year-old had some fun on Friday as well when she and her friends caught rapper Mac Miller's set, with the teenager photographed as she playfully lifted up her skirt while dancing at one point to reveal a pair of boy shorts underneath (left).

NEW Toni del Renzio was 70 when he became a father for the first time in 1985, to quadruplets after a course of IVF treatment. Now, his daughter Tamara (right) reveals what it was really like to have a late-life parent. Many things set him apart from other fathers: his resonant, baritone voice, his tendency to burst unannounced into his children's classroom on their birthday with homemade cakes and the fact he wore a Russian-style hat made from lamb's wool in winter. However, the singular thing about Toni del Renzio was his age. Not only was he older than all the other children's dads, he was also considerably older than many of their grandfathers, too. NEW Penny Guyer, 51, of Pennsylvania, was diagnosed with lung cancer in November last year and her illness is now terminal. Her 32-year-old daughter Tiffany (pictured left with her mother) received a thyroid cancer diagnosis in May 2015, just months before Guyer. And Guyer's son Shawn, who is now 24 (pictured right with Guyer), had leukemia when he was 2 years old. He recovered before contracting an unrelated bacterial infection that left him a quadruple amputee - and Guyer as his caretaker. It has been hard for Guyer to let her children take care of her, after year of caring for others, Tiffany said. Doctors have said she has two to three weeks left to live.

A 26-year-old mother in Louisiana shot and killed her 5-year-old daughter and then committed suicide Sunday. Officials in Lafourche Parish found the bodies of Nakesha Carrere and her daughter Abigail Creamer (both pictured) in the 900 block of Burma Road. The girl's father, veteran Charles Creamer Jr. (inset), discovered the gruesome scene just before noon and called 911.

NEW The  22-year-old has not been in touch with anyone in the organization since the end of last season. But they have been more concerned by a series of bizarre run-ins with police in recent months near his home in Palm Beach, Florida. The former Auburn star has also been 'evaluated' as a result of his out-of-character behavior, according to reports. He is even said to have made threats to call the White House and made strange comments about Al Qaeda, according to reports. He has been at the center of five incidents involving cops in the last four months. Coach Jeff Fisher confirmed that he hasn't spoken to Mason, but is also far more concerned with his behavior than his attendance.

NEW An Imgur user known as kaffekalle saved a chocolate lab from euthanasia last year on her 30th birthday. The pup, which she named Bronson, was born with a cleft palate, and she didn't know if he would life longer than a few weeks. The veterinarian technician chronicled his life, starting with his first night at her home and ending with his successful surgery.

NEW David Rogers and Dr Grahame Brown of the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham speak from a combined 35 years' experience in treating patients with chronic back pain. They are convinced that the answer for these patients is not more scans or hundreds of pounds of physiotherapy or manipulation, or even surgery. The solution, instead, is a 'biopsychosocial' approach to pain.

NEW Lawrence Kennedy (inset) of Browning, Montana, was fined $400 after reaching a plea agreement. He was investigated after he posted a Facebook video of himself chasing a bar in a truck. Kennedy initially pleaded not guilty to violating the Endangered Species Act but switched his plea under the deal July 5. He was charged with unlawfully harassing a threatened species. Kennedy told authorities he was trying to keep the bear away from a herd of cows.

Steelers running back Deangelo Williams had his entire wedding party made up by professionals to look like zombies from the popular AMC series, Walking Dead, which is his favorite TV show. Becoming a 'walker', as they are known, was a dream for Williams, who said his wife, Risalyn, was just as excited as he was. 'I'm a huge Walking Dead fan and I know the wedding day is typically for the woman or for women, so the whole entire wedding party are zombies and we get an opportunity to flex our Walking Dead muscle,' Williams said.

Now the internet is being challenged to find another cat - this time it's sleeping in a pile of logs in a photo that has left many baffled as they try to spot the dozing pet. The image will have you scratching your head as you search for the feline. But for those who can look closely enough, the yellow-coloured cat is sleeping very close to the top of one of the piles.

NEW A seven-year-old has made her mark as a graffiti artist in New York City. Lola Glass (left, right and inset) is a Brooklyn-based graffiti artist who has painted colorful murals on walls throughout Bushwick (left). The creative kiddo has also tagged walls in Miami, Florida (right). Her work even caught the attention of a group of professional artists known as the Bushwick Collective. The expert artists invited the youngster to become the first second grader to paint at the Art Basel in Miami. Lola started drawing when she was three years old. Last spring, she discovered her passion for graffiti art and has been painting murals ever since.

Katelyn Galloway, an Austin, Texas-based make-up artist who runs the YouTube channel Kiki G. performed the transformation, which has since racked up more than 65,000 views on YouTube. She uses just make-up and hair pieces to turn into the image of the Nick Offerman character and finishing by lip syncing along to some of the character's famously funny quotes.

The lava flow from Hawaii's Kilauea Volcano vent has attracted thousands of visitors since it began oozing down in May and finally reached the ocean this week. The U.S. Geological Survey is cautioning visitors about safety risks, which include flying debris and acidic plume containing fine volcanic particles that can irritate the eyes, skin and lungs. The new land may also be unstable because it's built on unconsolidated lava fragments and sand, which can easily be eroded by surf. Visitors hoping to catch the picturesque views have hiked the more than 4-mile route along a gravel road to get a closer look.

The skull (pictured), thought to belong to a 35-year-old Columbian mammoth, was found in the neighbourhood of El Ejido San Rafael, near Galeana in north east Mexico. The prehistoric beast would have weighed between three and five tonnes when it stomped through the area thousand of years ago.
