Teresa looked as though she was fully embracing her motherhood duties as she enjoyed the sunny day out with her son in Los Feliz.

With her voluminous blonde locks left in loose waves over her shoulders, the Point Break actress looked effortlessly cool in a pair of circular sunglasses.

She opted for a laid-back look in a navy T-shirt style dress which buttoned up the front.

Teresa recently took to her social media pages to hit out at 'bullies' who heavily chastised her for breastfeeding her son Bodhi.

She also opened up about how falling pregnant for the second time had not been easy.

In a post on her blog, she revealed she had to create a 'manifest board' to stop obsessing over not getting pregnant.

'I really started future-tripping,' she began.

'The day after, I made my manifest board. I was like 'I'm done, this is crazy. I'm done with obsessing over this.'

'The whole point of a manifest board is that you put it out there and then you let it go.

'So I made it all pretty and then I put it up in my room, put a bunch of stuff in front of it and constantly I wasn't reminded that I wasn't pregnant,' Teresa added.

The manifest board Teresa is referring to is a vision board in order to unlock dreams, goals and successes in life through adorning it with images, phrases or even just colours.
