She lit up the stage while joining her Pretty Little Liars co-stars at Teen Choice Awards as they accepted several trophies.

Lucy Hale was back to basics as she hit up a spinning class at SoulCycle in West Hollywood, California on Tuesday.

The 27-year-old actress was dressed in clingy black leggings with sheer details that outlined her muscular limbs along with two tops, one black, one white.

She matched her athletic attire with a pair of fuchsia trainers with neon orange laces and, as an arresting addition, a Boho-style fringed shoulder bag.

Lucy wore her dark brown hair tied back in a bun and stayed focused on her cell phone while strolling down the sidewalk.

The star breezed past a newsstand beckoning with their celebrity-ladden covers but Lucy took little if no notice.

On Sunday, Lucy was the pinnacle of perfection at the 2016 Teen Choice Awards, wearing an ice-blue, heavily embellished dress from the Spring Summer 2016 Loris Azzaro Couture Collection.

Lucy embraced the moment as Pretty Little Liars won a surfboard trophy, standing amongst her co-stars Ian Harding, Tyler Blackburn, Shay Mitchell, Ashley Benson, Troian Bellisario, Janel Parrish and Sasha Pieterse.

The show nabbed a total of five awards including Choice TV Actor: Drama for Ian, Choice TV Actress: Drama for Ashley, Choice TV Villain for Janel, Choice TV:Scene Stealer for Sasha and Choice TV: Chemistry for Ashley and Tyler.

Pretty Little Liars has been a hit for ABC Family for seven seasons, and despite rumours that season seven will be its last, creator Marlene King previously indicated that an eighth season was a possibility.

The following day, Lucy celebrated her win by hitting up a Starbucks for an iced latte while looking every bit like the California girl.

The movie follows the lives of a group of teenage girls after high school graduation and is slated for release later this year.
