'So thoughtful': Courtney Stodden thanks Mother/Daughter Experiment co-star Heidi Montag for sending flowers following her miscarriage
Courtney Stodden has been discussing the pain of her miscarriage with fans on Instagram in the wake of the tragic loss last month.
On Thursday, though, she shared a touching bit of news from the coping process.
The 21-year-old uploaded a photo of a pot of roses she had gotten from her reality star confrere Heidi Montag. She captioned the image, 'Thank you @heidipratt for the beautiful flowers so thoughtful.'

There when you need them: On Thursday, Courtney Stodden thanked Heidi Montag on Instagram for a pot of roses the 29-year-old had sent her after her miscarriage
The mourning period: The 21-year-old had been three months pregnant by her husband Doug Hutchison, who is 34 years her senior
The Celebrity Big Brother contestant and the former Hills star had featured together on The Mother/Daughter Experiment: Celebrity Edition earlier this year.
The 29-year-old had, at one point, helped comfort her co-star on the Lifetime show after the infamous 'child bride' had a particularly nasty confrontation with her mother. Whatever bond they formed then has clearly lasted to the present crisis.
Stodden's miscarriage ended her first pregnancy by her husband Doug Hutchison. When they had married in 2011, she was 16 and he 50.
The marriage had to jump a significant hurdle when her mother Krista reputedly developed feelings for Hutchison. The quasi-Oedipal imbroglio was the cornerstone of Krista and her daughter's conflict on The Mother/Daughter Experiment.

Though the husband and wife managed to resolve their differences and were preparing themselves for parenthood, Stodden lost the baby at three months along.
Last week, she posted a message to Instagram addressed to 'My precious Angel.' She wrote, in part, 'I hope you know I wanted to give you life... a beautiful life - and desired so much to watch you grow into an incredible human being.'
This week, her state of mind seemed to be improving somewhat. On Tuesday, she posted a lingerie selfie with the caption, 'Spirits are UP today #LetGoAndLetGod.'
The next day, she shared a video with her fans in which she appeared apparently topless and thanked them for their 'support.'
'I love you guys,' she said, kissing the air.
