Rachel bought the home, originally built in 1931, for approximately $2.425 million in 2004 and is therefore hoping to make $2,574,999 million on the sale.

She has added contemporary touches including modern chandeliers.

The 5,000-square-foot mansion boasts a walk-in closets for clothes and one designed especially for shoes, and if one has a shoe fetish like Rachel apparently has that's a definite plus.

The master bedroom boasts views of downtown Los Angeles and doors leading to a private loggia floored in ceramic tiles.

The master bathroom features a luxurious tub beside a wall of windows, his-and-her sinks and rich wood cabinetry.

The kitchen features stainless steel Viking stove and eat-in area, where one can imagine laughed and talked with her children, Renee and Liam, by rocker ex-husband Rod Stewart. Through an arched doorway lies the formal dining room which has it's own fireplace and French doors that lead to a lush garden and outdoor seating area.

The outdoor area spans a quarter-acre and includes a flagstone and brick patio, swimming pool and spa amid palms and loads of climbing greenery.

Meanwhile, the star's show Rachel's Tour Of Beauty on New Zealand's TV One network has been taking her away to exotic locales around the world.

The Auckland-born stunner has been to Brazil , Fiji, India, Greece, Dubai and Korea among other places.

'The show dabbles in just a quick view of six to eight stories of interesting hot topics from traditional to very modern as well as foods and the exercise as well,' Rachel described during an interview with MindYourBodyTV earlier this year.

Rachel, who has graced the cover of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit two times, first in 1996 and again in 2006, must be feeling the need to move on now that her series has her traveling so much.
