And Bruno Tonioli, 60, proved age is nothing but a number when it comes to staying in shape, as he showcased his toned physique while holidaying in Formentera, Spain, with a female pal.
The popular Italian wore nothing but a pair of navy Speedos for a trip to the beach on Thursday.

The flamboyant TV personality looked content as he sat beside his friend on the white sand and gazed out over the sea.
Taking some time to cool off in the warm Mediterranean heat, Bruno entered the water up to his knees and let the sun fall over his tanned body.
Having lived an active lifestyle as a dancer and regularly appearing on television surrounded by fit men and women, it's unsurprising that Bruno is in such good shape.

After spending the day soaking up the sun, he picked up his beach towel and flip flops, and strolled back to his accommodation.
In an interview with the Daily Mail, the star discussed all things health related and claimed he doesn't believe in diets.
He revealed: 'I could be greedy but I just don't let myself. I love my pizza and pasta but in moderation. When you spend so much time in front of a mirror rehearsing, you know what you can and can't eat. I am 5 ft 8in and weigh 11 st.'

Bruno admitted he wasn't a big drinker but does have a soft spot for cigarettes.
'Smoking is my only vice - about 20 cigarettes a day,' he said. 'I'll have a glass of wine with a meal, but that's all. The last time I got drunk was 30 years ago - never again. And being Italian, I have to have my espresso in the morning, but that isn't a vice.'
And when it comes to having cosmetic procedures, he is remaining open-minded.
He explained: 'If I found a brilliant surgeon who could do it without making me look ridiculous, I probably would, if and when the time comes. I haven't had Botox - my face has to be mobile for my job.'
