She was seen hitting the town with billionaire Elon Musk and the Suicide Squad cast including Cara Delevingne on Monday night.

But Amber Heard will be back in Los Angeles in time for her 10am deposition on Saturday, according to TMZ.

The 30-year-old actress is set to be grilled by estranged husband Johnny Depp's lawyers following her allegations the Hollywood actor was 'verbally and physically abusive' towards her throughout their relationship.

The website claims the deposition could last up to seven hours and feature statements from both police and witnesses.

It's thought Johnny could also be in attendance at the deposition in spite of his current retraining order which prevents him from seeing Amber, should she consent to his presence.

TMZ reports that Johnny is due to attend his own deposition next week, and settlement talks are ongoing.

It was recently reported that Amber believes Johnny is purposely stalling their divorce.

The blonde beauty has filed legal documents accusing him of refusing to hand over financial details to settle the case.

It emerged last week the 53-year-old movie star was demanding his wife of 15-months sign a non-disclosure agreement before he hands over any paperwork.

It calls for a $100k fine every time his financial info is leaked — by Amber or even her accountant.

TMZ reported on Tuesday that Amber branded the stipulation 'ridiculous' and just a ploy to thwart the case.

The pair initially failed to settle on a date for Amber's deposition; Depp's team had proposed August 3 and 8, but Heard claimed she cannot since she was in London filming Justice League.

The site claimed she offered to fly back on a Saturday, but was told the actor's team is not willing to work weekends.

In the court documents obtained last week, Johnny's lawyer Laura Wasser claimed Amber has been telling the media information about the former couple, who are not thought to have had a pre-nuptial agreement.

In addition to asking the court to order his financial dealings to be kept, he wants other information that will be part of the proceedings such as witness statements to remain private too.

According to People, he is also asking that any experts or witnesses called to give evidence in the case be required to sign nondisclosure agreements.

'Amber's need for financial information to resolve this case is distinct from the public's appetite for celebrity divorce,' Johnny's legal documents state.

Johnny pointed out that media scrutiny of his break-up with Amber is intense, calling it 'one of the most heavily publicized celebrity divorces in recent memory.'

He said he had asked his estranged wife 'has inexplicably refused to sign any agreement' consenting to keeping details of their relationship and divorce private.

The Pirates of The Caribbean star also wants a judge to rule that requests by Amber's legal team for information about his finances prior to their relationship are unwarranted, and that attempts to obtain financial information from his Hollywood Vampires bandmates be quashed because they're 'irrelevant.'

The now former couple - who met on the set of 2011 film The Rum Diary and were married for just 15 months - have been embroiled in the bitter legal battle since announcing their split in May.

Amber has been granted a temporary restraining order against Johnny after claiming in court that her decision to file for divorce from him was prompted by the actor physically attacking her with an iPhone, leaving her with a bruised eye.

She alleged that 'during the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me'.

In recent weeks, Johnny has been selling off some of his assets including paintings by Basquiat.

He has doubled the asking price on his French estate, which is set on 37 acres of land and comes complete with more than a dozen buildings, to £42 million. And he has also listed his seven-bedroom Venetian mansion for £9 million.

Last week, Amber met up with her ex-girlfriend Tasya Van Ree, who she split from five years ago, at Republique in Los Angeles.
