And Thursday was no different for Kim Kardashian who was spotted in the upscale ritzy neighbourhood of Beverly Hills.

The 35-year-old reality star stepped out in sexy thigh-high lace up boots which she seemingly only paired with a black Yeezy T-shirt.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also rocked a new 'do as she sported fresh cornrow braids.

She first headed to her famed celebrity dermatologist, Dr. Simon Ourian's Epione clinic.

Kim then grabbed lunch with fellow socialite Brittny Gastineau, 33, at the upscale Italian eatery Il Pastaio for a quick bite.

Kim Kardashian has worked insanely hard on her famous figure, and we don't blame her for wanting to show off the results. If you've got it, flaunt it!

She was pictured out and about wearing a typically understated(!) outfit, consisting of an oversized The Life of Pablo T-shirt (shout out to Kanye West) and a pair of eye-popping thigh high boots, which are by Tom Ford.
