Lena Dunham was horrified to discover a homeless man relieving himself in the middle of a New York sidewalk on Thursday.

Thankfully the trou-dropping tramp was a fellow actor on the set of Girls.

The 30-year-old was once again wearing her prosthetic bump as her character Hannah appears to have fallen pregnant for season six.

As she made her way down a rather rough-looking part of SoHo, Lena looked super cute in a pink t-shirt and a pair of dungaree shorts.

Make-up free and with short hair bound up in a tight French plait, the actress appeared to be just minding her own business before she stumbled across the gross-out spectacle.

Her expression went from neutral to repulsed as her eyes fell on the hirsute gentleman squatting on the sidewalk with his grotty jeans ankle-bound.
