New mom Katherine Webb has turned her fitness sessions into a family affair by incorporating her two-month-old son into her workouts.

The 27-year-old former Miss Alabama took to Instagram on Thursday evening to share an adorable clip of herself using Tripp as a weight while toning her arms and strengthening her core.

'Tripp loves helping me get back into shape Can't believe how fast he is growing, but the bigger he gets the harder the workouts are!'

Getting back in shape: Katherine Webb took to Instagram on Thursday evening to share a sweet clip of herself working out with her two-month-old son Tripp

Creative workout: The clip sees Katherine lifting Tripp up and and down while raising her legs and crunching them towards her chest

Katherine revealed in June that she hadn't gone back to the gym at that time because she felt guilty for leaving her newborn son, but it looks like the mom has figured out how to balance her fitness regimen with spending quality time with Tripp.

The sweet clip sees Katherine sitting on the pavement outside with her legs slightly bent and in v-up position. While bringing her knees in towards her chest and crunching her abs, she simultaneously lifts her baby boy up in the air before bringing him down again.

The happy mom donned a white tank top and heather blue leggings, which matched Tripp's navy onesie and blue and white striped sun hat.

Katherine completed her look by pulling her golden hair back into a ponytail and protecting her eyes with a pair of aviator sunglasses.

The former pageant star has been candid with the postpartum changes in her body, and last month she shared a photo of herself trying on a bikini in Target, one month after the birth of her son.

'I gained 44 pounds during my pregnancy, so this post isn't meant to be "humble",' she wrote. 'Say what you want, but I feel great about myself even with the extra cellulite on my butt and stretch marks so shoot me if I felt banging for once in this bikini..okkkkk [sic].'

Last weekend, Tripp made his first appearance at football training camp in support of his NFL star father AJ McCarron.

Katherine shared a precious photo of herself posing with the 25-year-old Cincinnati Bengals quarterback while he held their baby boy.

'Baby's first training camp,' Katherine captioned the image, which sees her husband sporting his jersey.

While AJ and Katherine happily smiled for the camera, Tripp was sound asleep.

Another photo from the day sees Tripp, whose full name is Raymond Anthony McCarron III, sucking on a pacifier while lying in his mother's lap.

Although he looks peaceful, Katherine admitted in the caption that he was actually on the verge of bursting into tears.

'We were close to a meltdown so we shoved a paci in..and yes it's upside down. Lol Go Bengals [sic],' she wrote.

All the excitement last Saturday may have tuckered Tripp out, and the next day Katherine posted a heartwarming video of her only child gurgling as she asked him questions about his day.

'What did you do today?' she asked in the clip, and Tripp responded with a coo.

'Did you see a lot of things today? What did you see? Did you see girls?' she continued with a laugh.
