GIRL ABOUT TOWN: Why young Ed's in the pink as superstar singer scores invite to exclusive party

His debut single was all about the A Team – but Ed Sheeran joined an even more exclusive club when he was invited to a birthday bash by the Freud-Curtis media team.

Ed was a guest at the 21st birthday party thrown for Scarlett, daughter of broadcaster Emma Freud and Love Actually director Richard Curtis – known to friends as the ‘Freud-Curtises’ .

The bash was at their Suffolk home, where a select group, above, was handed jackets inspired by the Pink Ladies of 1978 movie Grease – emblazoned with the initials FC – and Ed was among them.

Scarlett shared this snap of  Richard, Ed, Emma and herself, with the caption: ‘Extremely cool gang or very bossy 21-year-old who makes her friends wear the same clothes as her?’

Robbie Williams has been immortalised in a series of emojis via a new app called RobbieMoji

Kim released hers last week and Robbie, 42, has followed suit with an app called RobbieMoji.

The set costs £1.49 and includes images, above, of him crying, winking, with a halo and in rock star Gene Simmons make-up.

Robbie hasn’t had a hit since 2013 – perhaps he’s emotional about his bank balance…
