Daddy buyers club! Matthew McConaughey pushes overflowing cart of groceries while shopping with family...before heading to Olympics

He's proven his muscle as a variety of athletic leads on the silver screen.

And on Friday Matthew McConaughey proved he's got dad strength too while pushing an overflowing cart of groceries at a supermarket in Malibu with his wife Camila Alves and their adorable kids.

The couple were spotted leaving the market with all three of their young children in tow, just before the Failure To Launch star flew to his wife's native country to support the American team at the Rio Olympics.

Despite staying casual, the 34-year-old retained her keen eye for a match, pairing a light grey beanie with a white track jacket.

Round green sunglasses added a bit of flair to the model's dressed-down look. Her white-splotched purple capris hugged the Brazilian bombshell's shapely legs, as her six-year-old daughter Vida playfully swung from her hand.

Meanwhile, her Academy Award-winning husband opted for an even more relaxed out, letting his dark grey sweatpants sag a bit. His light grey v-neck T-shirt draped around the 46-year-old's still toned torso.

In 2011, Parents Magazine reported that the former Shear Genius hostess felt her mother's moving in was 'the best thing that could have happened to me.'

By Sunday, the Dallas Buyers Club star was in Rio's swanky Ipanema neighbourhood in aid of the USA Olympic Team.

Team USA's Twitter posted a Vine of McConaughey festooned in their gear, saying, 'Go Team USA. We'll see you in the pool tonight, 10 o'clock.'

His sense of personal branding was, however, unalloyed: he accessorised the outfit with a black baseball cap with 'allright' written on top.

'All right, all right, all right,' is the The Wolf Of Wall Street actor's catchphrase, to which he is so attached that he deployed it as the finale of his Oscar speech.
