‘I'm still definitely single’: Tinashe shoots down reports she's dating Calvin Harris

Tinashe has shot down reports that she is dating Calvin Harris - at least for now.

The 23-year-old 2 On singer was thought to be dating the A-list DJ after the two were spotted in Malibu and West Hollywood in last month.

However she told E! Saturday that she's 'still definitely single,' but chats frequently with the Scotland-born star.

'That's all that we're at right now,' the Lexington, Kentucky native told the outlet in Las Vegas, where she performed a show at Intrigue.

Not a couple ... yet: Tinashe on Saturday confirmed that she's still single, but didn't rule out the chance of a future romance with DJ Calvin Harris, who she worked with in 2014 when this shot was snapped

The singer, whose full name is Tinashe Jorgenson Kachingwe, told the outlet that the How Deep Is Your Love artist even counseled her for the Sin City gig, as he's a veteran of the Las Vegas entertainment circuit.

'He mostly just said, obviously, "Just go out there,"' Tinashe told the outlet.

'Vegas is a different crowd every night, so you never know what to expect, so I'm looking forward to it being a really good crowd.

'I know there are fans that have traveled from far, so I'm excited to see them.'

Last month, the outlet reported that the two had been spending more time together, with a source calling the singer 'a hot girl and a good distraction from all the past drama' Harris endured in his breakup with Taylor Swift.

The source said that Harris and Tinashe did start talking more in the wake of his split from the Bad Blood singer.

Tinashe, who last year opened for Nicki Minaj and Katy Perry, didn't seem to want any drama with Swift, as she refused to choose a side when asked about the recent rift that developed between the Shake It Off singer and reality star Kim Kardashian.

'I can't pick sides, I'm neutral! I'm Switzerland,' she said

The All Hands On Deck beauty initially met Harris in 2014 when the duo worked on the track Dollar Signs.

It's been a whirlwind summer for Harris, whose real name is Adam Richard Wiles, amid his breakup with Swift after the power couple parted ways after a 15-month relationship.

Not surprisingly, the split was accompanied by a helping of drama, as Taylor quickly began dating actor Tom Hiddleston; and said that it was she who wrote the DJ's hit single This Is What You Came For, which had an alias credit when initially released.

Harris had to endure yet another uncomfortable moment Saturday in Las Vegas, as he accepted a Caesars Palace Icon award from host Howie Mandel during the hotel's 50th anniversary gala.

Mandel referred to the dead romance on stage when he asked Harris, 'Nice suit - who is your Taylor?'

While Harris took the shot in stride - he told Mandel, 'Nice one, I guess you had that one prepared' - one attendee told the UK Sun that the DJ was perturbed by the one-liner.

'Calvin was not impressed with that joke at all,' the source said.

'It was as if Howie did not know that he and Taylor had split up, so it appeared to be a diss to Calvin. But he quickly pulled himself together and interacted with the crowd.'
