She is co-judging the second season of Project Runway: Junior.

And Kelly Osbourne was appropriately fashion-forward as she stepped out in New York on Monday in an eye-catching ensemble.

The star was seen looking camera-ready in a dramatic floral dress as she stepped out in Tribeca clutching her cute pup Polly.

Her gown featured a slightly raised hemline at the front to reveal some glitzy bejeweled heels.

Having been glammed up by her style squad, Kelly's lilac locks were pinned up immaculately in a chic bun.

In contrast to the girly look, Kelly donned a black varsity jacket to keep out the chill.

The TV personality took to Instagram to share some silly Boomerang clips as she got prepped to tape the Project Runway spin-off.

'Serving up some major #sass on the set on @projectrunwayjunior w/ @ayatkanai & @hannahbjeter' she wrote alongside a photo of her pouting alongside her co-judges.

She captioned another snap: 'For some reason @csiriano won't stop trying to kiss me he just can't keep his hands off me'

Kelly is co-judging alongside Cosmopolitan editor Aya Kanai and fashion designer Christian Siriano.

Twelve budding teen designers aged between 13 and 17 will compete in the show which will air on Lifetime sometime in the fall.

Last year's winner won a full scholarship to the prestigious Institute of Design and Merchandising as well as a home sewing and crafting studio, a feature in Seventeen Magazine and $25,000 cash prize to help launch their line.
