Seth Rogen gives his verdict on Orlando Bloom and Justin Bieber after sizing up uncensored nude pictures

Seth Rogen might as well be nicknamed 'Hollywood's ruler' - and not for his success at the box office.

The comedy veteran, appearing on Watch What Happens Live on Bravo Sunday, gave his take on who had the bigger manhood of two celebs both snapped while in the buff in vacation locales last week: Pirates of the Caribbean star Orlando Bloom in Italy, or pop star Justin Bieber in Hawaii.

Host Andy Cohen asked the 34-year-old Sausage Party star, 'Who would you say, as a straight guy, had the nicer penis of the two?'

The question alarmed fellow guest Willie Geist, who asked Rogen, 'You saw them?'

'Oh, yeah! Of course!' Rogen said. 'As soon as I hear there is a famous penis out there, I am the first person to ravenously devour it online!'

The Canadian-born star of comedies like The Interview, Neighbors and This Is the End then gave actual analysis on who he thought had the anatomical advantage between the 22-year-old Baby singer and the 39-year-old star of The Lord of the Rings franchise.

Rogen said that Bieber had 'a wonderful one,' noting that there was a bit of letdown having already cast his glimpse on it in photos published prior to last week.

'I've seen Justin's before, so maybe I was just like, you know, I've been there, done that, a little bit,' said Rogen, who feuded with the Girlfriend singer through much the past two years - even calling him an 'obnoxious,' 'ungrateful,' 'insincere ... piece of s***' in a March 2015 interview with Cohen. The two would go on to reconcile in November of last year with Ellen DeGeneres playing peacemaker.

As for Bloom, Rogen said he 'was really happy with' what the English actor brought to the table, revealed last week as he paddle boarded nude while on an Italian vacation with girlfriend Katy Perry.

'Good for him! He's in great shape overall,' Rogen said of Bloom. 'So I thought, honestly, Orlando's probably a bigger guy, and proportionally, his penis looked to scale.

'Which makes me think overall it's probably bigger.'

Cohen interjected that 'd*** aside, Orlando has got a can on him,' to which Rogen agreed, adding that the actor 'has a bubble butt.'

Geist got in on the act, admitting that he was a bit let down by an illusion created through a shadow in censored versions of the image of Bloom and Perry.

'I saw the pixelated one first, and all I saw on Orlando was the shadow,' Geist, 41, said.

He continued, 'Did you see that picture of the shadow? My goodness! And so then when I saw the un-pixelated [image], it was a little disappointing.'

But Rogen quickly leapt to Bloom's defense, reminding his fellow guest that it's not what's on the outside that counts.

'And he's a nice guy!' Rogen shot back.

Ironically, this is not the first time Bieber and Bloom's manhoods have come into direct conflict: The two famously fought in an Ibiza restaurant in July of 2014 after the singer made crude remark about a purported tryst he had with Bloom's ex-wife Miranda Kerr.

It wasn't all silliness on Sunday's show, as Rogen made clear he harbors no hard feelings toward Katherine Heigl, his co-star in 2007's Knocked Up.

Heigl, who famously knocked the Judd Apatow film as 'sexist' speaking with Vanity Fair the next year, told Howard Stern in April about an awkward run-in the two had years later, feeling that Rogen was 'really mad' at her for the remarks.

Not the case, Rogen said Sunday, adding that he 'was never mad' at the outspoken actress.

'I assumed she didn't want to work with us, honestly, because she seemed to not like the result of the work we did together,' Rogen said. 'She did not seem entirely pleased with it afterward.'

Rogen added that time healed any wound he might have felt as a result of Heigl's gripe with the comedy.

'It was so long ago and I have damaged my brain so poorly in the last few years, I have a hard time recalling what it's even about or who was supposed to be mad at who and I have no bad feelings towards her at all,' he said.
