She has been displaying her baby bump for the past few months.

But Sky Sports presenter Charlotte Jackson has finally been able to announce the arrival of her daughter - which she did via Twitter on Saturday.

The blonde beauty posted a sweet message onto the social media site, saying: 'Eventually our little girl made an appearance this lunchtime'.

She added: '9lbs and 1oz and was worth the wait! Yet to be named.'

Naturally, the message was greeted with delight by fans and friends alike - including Natalie Pinkham, who also recently gave birth to a little girl.

She posted: 'Huge congratulations. lovely news!', accompanied by a string of heart-shaped emoticons.

Meanwhile, another friend posted: 'Oh my gosh Charlotte, 9lb!!!! Huge congrats to you and the Coleman boys x'.

What's in a name? She added: '9lbs and 1oz and was worth the wait! Yet to be named.'

Family affair: Charlotte and Chris are already parents to a young son called Finlay

Last May saw Charlotte walk down the aisle to marry ex-Fulham and Blackburn Rovers star Chris Coleman in a small lavish ceremony at Charlotte’s family home in Hampshire.

The pair, who are parents son Finlay, were first introduced to each other in 2012 when the blonde stunner interviewed the Wales international boss after he won a golf tournament in Portugal.

The former Fulham and Crystal Palace footballer proposed in August 2013 and the pair were originally due to marry that year, but postponed it until 2015 because ‘she wasn’t organised enough.’

The sportsman split from his first wife Belinda in 2011, ending their relationship of 19 years.

Fortunately, Charlotte has a good relationship with her stepchildren Sonny, 21, Christy, 19, Faraday, 16, and Georgie, 14.

Following her special day, the TV star has since changed her name on Twitter to Charlotte Coleman.

The lovebirds currently reside in a four-bedroom house in Hampshire, where they are close to Charlotte's family.
