Peter Facinelli makes out with mystery blonde nearly six months after ending engagement with Jaimie Alexander

Peter Facinelli was spotted making out with a mystery blonde in Los Angeles' Studio City area on Thursday. 

This comes almost six months after the 42-year-old and his then-fiance, Jaimie Alexander, ended their engagement, following a nearly four-year relationship.

The Twilight hunk appeared to be wasting no time in the romance department as he snuggled, cuddled and kissed the flaxen-haired beauty on a public bench.

The father-of-three, clad in a pullover Henley and jeans, put his arm around the unidentified female, passionately kissing her.

As he puffed on a cigarette, Peter engaged in conversation with the much-younger blonde, who appeared to enjoy her time with the Nurse Jackie actor. 

Peter's companion kept warm during the cool California weather, clad in a grey sweater, skinny jeans and suede ankle boots.

On February, Peter and Jaimie Alexander, 31, announced they were calling off their engagement. 

The couple, who had been dating since 2012, vowed to remain friends, at least according to their publicist. 

'Due to conflicting family and work commitments on opposite coasts, and after much consideration, Peter and Jaimie have chosen to part ways amicably and remain good friends.'

The duo were married for eleven years before Peter chose to end their marriage in March 2012. 

The former couple have three children together: daughters Luca, 19,  Lola, 13, and Fiona, nine. 

Since their split, Jennie has moved on and is happily married to actor Dave Abrams.
