'If you get raped by a pack of n*****s it’ll be your fault': Audio from 2010 of Mel Gibson lashing into ex resurfaces just ONE day after she lost most her child support for going on Howard Stern

Newly resurfaced audio of Mel Gibson verbally thrashing his former partner Russian pianist Oksana Grigorieva has come back out just one day after a court decided he no longer had to pay her half a million dollars in child support

Newly resurfaced of Mel Gibson verbally thrashing his former partner Russian pianist Oksana Grigorieva has leaked.

In an expletive-laced rant, Gibson goes after Grigorieva during the two minutes of audio obtained by Radar Online. 

This is one of several audio clips to be released where Gibson is heard berating Grigorieva.

The audio resurfaced just one day after the Californian Court of Appeal decided Gibson no longer had to pay Grigorieva a remaining $500,000 in child support after she went on the Howard Stern Show and talked about Gibson in 2013.

Gibson and Grigorieva dated from 2009 until 2010. The had their daughter Lucia, now six, in October of 2010. 

Grigorieva also has a 19-year-old son, Alexander, from a previous relationship with actor Timothy Dalton.

In the recording from 2010, Gibson first reprimands Grigorieva for breastfeeding with implants. 

'You’re trying to breastfeed with f****** foreign bodies in you. Was that it,' Gibson says.

Grigorieva responds: 'That has nothing to do with it.'

Gibson can be heard saying back: 'Oh, it had nothing to do with what? The fact that you had foreign bodies in there?

'Ok. Good. So you’re not lying to me about fake t***.'

Gibson then changes his mind, claiming Grigorieva did lie to him about having fake breasts, which she denies.

In the recording, Gibson first reprimands Grigorieva for breastfeeding with implants and then goes on to criticize how she dresses. He ends the rant by saying he doesn't love her or trust her

'Yes. Yes you did. You said they weren’t. You f****** lied to me,' he shouts.

Grigorieva replies: 'I didn’t. I never said anything of the kind. You never asked me, I never told you. Or maybe you asked me but I never lied about this.'

Gibson says: 'Not a lie. Who cares? They look ridiculous. Get rid of them why don’t you.'

Grigorieva tells him her breasts 'aren't his f***** business', which causes Gibson to launch into an rant.

'It is, it is. They look stupid. I’m just telling you – just an appraisal. 

'Keep ‘em if you want. Look stupid, see if I give a f***. 

'You know, but they’re too big and they look stupid. They look like some Vegas b****, they look like a Vegas w**** and you go around sashaying around in your tight clothes and stuff. I won’t stand for that anymore,' Gibson says. 

Grigorieva tells Gibson she never wears tight clothes and that she rarely leaves the house, which seems to anger Gibson further. 

'You go out in public and it’s a f****** embarrassment to me! You look like a fucking b**** on (ecstasy). 

'And if you get raped by a pack of n*****s it’ll be your fault. All right? Because you provoked it. 

'You are provocatively dressed all the time with your fake boobs you feel, you have to show off in tight outfits and tight pants that let me see your p**** from behind. 

'And that green thing today was enough. That’s provocative! Okay? I’m telling you. I’m just telling you the truth. 

'I don’t like it. I don’t want that woman. I don’t want you. I don’t believe you anymore. I don’t trust you, I don’t love you. I don’t want you. 

'And stay in the fucking house. I’m not giving it to you but I’ll let you stay there. Okay? And I will take care of my child but I don’t want you anymore,' Gibson says as the clip ends. 

It is unclear what the purpose of the call was or what Gibson and Grigorieva were discussing prior to the call.  

On Thursday the Californian Court of Appeal denied Grigorieva the remaining $500,000 of a pre-agreed $750,000 payment for staying silent about her turbulent relationship with Gibson after she reneged on the deal by talking about Gibson with Stern.

Gibson, 60, had already paid Grigorieva – the mother of his six-year old daughter Lucia - $250,000, but TMZ claim the actor is no longer obligated to pay the outstanding balance due to her forfeiting their agreement. 

The sum had already been significantly reduced from its original figure, a staggering $15 million, to be paid on the condition that she keep secretly recorded audio-tapes out of the public arena.

But after Grigorieva, 46, released the tapes - in which Gibson can be heard using racist language and threatening to beat his then girlfriend -  the amount was drastically reduced.

The appeal court's ruling means the pianist has only received 1/60 of what she could have received from the star. 

Speaking in 2011, Gibson - currently in a relationship with 24-year old Rosalind Ross -  admitted he felt 'regret' about what was said in the audio-tapes, but claimed the recording have been 'edited'.

He also said he felt deceived by Grigorieva, telling Deadline Hollywood: 'Who anticipates being recorded? Who anticipates that? Who could anticipate such a personal betrayal?

'You have to put it all in the proper context of being in an irrationally, heated discussion at the height of a breakdown, trying to get out of a really unhealthy relationship. 

'It's one terribly, awful moment in time, said to one person, in the span of one day and doesn't represent what I truly believe or how I've treated people my entire life.' 

In March TMZ claimed Grigorieva was planning a fresh legal bid to have her $20,000 a month child support payments from the actor increased by 400 per cent to more than $1 million a year.
