Cameron Diaz was the epitome of summer style on Monday as she stepped out for lunch in Beverly Hills.

The 43-year-old actress sported a simple sundress and flats as she hopped out of her Mercedes at the upscale Montage Hotel.

Smiling as she left her car with the valet staff Cameron was a ray of sunshine in her burnt orange midi dress.

Some gold dangle earrings added some glam to her look.

She teamed it with nude slip-on sandals and carried her favourite grey suede shoulder bag.

Meanwhile Cameron just enjoyed a relaxing weekend with her husband Benji Madden, 37.

The couple were pictured picking up some home goods at a the Rose Bowl Flea Market in Pasadena on Sunday.

Cameron wore casual jeans and a grey t-shirt while rocker Benji sported a black tank top and jeans in his usual fashion.

The duo lugged three pieces of wall art looking very pleased with the bargains.

Cameron and Benji married at her Beverly Hills home in January 2015 after just seven months of dating.

Summer style: Cameron wore her locks in a chic bun and wore gold earrings to complete the look

In a recent interview with InStyle, The Other Woman actress credits Benji for helping her open up.

'My husband has helped me a lot. He is the opposite: He shows all of his emotions and is very open. He has helped me to see things in my life that I thought I was OK with—I wasn’t able to see my pain,' she began.

'I was just pushing through. That is one of the things about marriage: It is like holding a mirror up in front of you. You learn things about yourself that you can’t learn on your own.'
