Downtown Raleigh Restaurant Week starts today! Enjoy special deals, menus and discounts at 45 participating restaurants through Sunday.

It's also Trivia Night at King's in North Hills. Stop by to bowl, eat dinner and test your knowledge on a variety of subjects.

Tuesday

Newsies is known for its high-energy musical numbers that keep audiences entertained during the entire show. Starting tonight, you can catch it at DPAC. Tickets start at $35.

It's Tasty Tuesday at Wine Authorities, so stop by to enjoy wine tastings and special deals.

Join Global Eats at Compass Road Brewery from 5:30 to 8 p.m. for an event featuring Tan-Durm, a food truck that will serve Indian cuisine with a southern touch.

$8 tickets include admission and one plate of food.

Visit the Raleigh Downtown Farmers Market today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to pick up a local lunch or fresh groceries.

Needtobreathe will perform at Red Hat at 6:30 p.m. with special guests Mat Kearney, John Mark McMillan and Welshly Arms. Tickets start at $25.

Like Tequila? This event is for you. The Washington Duke Inn & Golf Club will host a summer Lunazul Tequila Dinner featuring premium Lunazul Tequila and chef-created dinners featuring local ingredients at 6:45 p.m. Tickets for the dinner are $69.

Head to downtown Durham's City Center for the Back Alley Bash at 7:30 p.m. to hear musical performances from Durham’s own DJ Shahzad and a surprise guest. A music video screening will follow the performances at 9 p.m.

Thursday

Enjoy listening to three bands in Raleigh's City Plaza tonight from 5 to 10 p.m. during the Oak City 7 series.

Ghostface Killah & Raekwon, the former members of the Wu-Tang Clan, play The Ritz tonight.

Foodies, don't miss the Rare Earth Farms-to-Table Popup Dinner at the Raleigh Wine Shop at 7:30 p.m. Seats are $55 per person and include local food and cider.

Raleigh's largest underground art show, Pancakes and Booze, is Friday at Lincoln Theatre. There will be pieces from more than 50 emerging artists, a free pancake bar, live art and body painting and music. The event is ages 21 and over. Tickets are $5.

Enjoy an evening of beer and science among the N.C. Museum of Natural Science's dioramas during the Natural Selections event. Sample beer from more than 20 North Carolina breweries.

ÃN Cuisines, a local restaurant showcasing Southeast Asian flavors and European influences, will host a beer dinner featuring brews from Mother Earth Brewing with a five-course meal at 7 p.m.

Brian Wilson will perform at the Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts in Raleigh at 8 p.m.

Gather up your lawn chairs and blankets to watch The Rocky Horror Picture Show outdoors at Doyle's Vineyard while you enjoy wine slushies, food trucks and more. The event, which opens at 6 p.m., is free to the public. The movie starts at 8.
