Bethenny Frankel has been dating Dennis Shields for only a few months.

But it appears as if the 45-year-old reality star is ready to move in with the banker as on Wednesday the two were spotted looking at a brownstone in the East Village neighborhood of New York City with a man who could have been a real estate agent.

This comes just before the mother-of-one told Entertainment Tonight she was thinking of leaving her Bravo series The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills because she didn't like the nasty attitude on the show.

Our favorite housewife is always a style hit and today was no different as she stepped out in New York with a floaty white dress and Celine crossbody but really, we couldn't help but eyeball her studded gladiator wedges by Alexander McQueen.

She strapped on these vertiginous sandals for a day of house hunting with her new Romeo and and paired them with a big smile.

A cross body purse in beige leather made her look ready for a long day out. Diamond earrings and a long gold chain with a round pendant gave her added sparkle.

Bethenny already owns a two-bedroom apartment in NYC's SoHo neighborhood which she purchased for $4.2m in April 2015 after moving out of the dream home she bought with Hoppy during the early years of their short marriage.

On Wednesday morning ET shared its interview with the former talk show host, who said she's been 'definitely distancing' herself from the show over the summer. She is an original cast member who was on the premiere in 2008. Bethenny Getting Married and Bethenny Ever After with Hoppy followed.
