Is the stress taking its toll? Roxy Jacenko looks gaunt as she leaves tanning salon... following her breast cancer surgery

With her shock breast cancer diagnosis and her husband's incarceration for insider trading, there's no doubt the last few months have been tough for Roxy Jacenko.

And it looks as though the stress may be taking its toll on the PR queen as she was seen looking gaunt as she left a tanning salon in Sydney's Bondi on Thursday.

Wearing baggy denim shorts and a pair of thongs, the mother-of-two looked noticeably more slender as she visited Tan Temple.

Despite undergoing breast cancer surgery this month, Roxy has clearly kept up her glamorous grooming regime as her blonde locks looked perfectly curled.

Roxy, 36, has just returned from a relaxing getaway in Hong Kong with her children Pixie, five, and Hunter Curtis, two.

She posted a selfie on Instagram after returning from her spray tan, saying: 'Home and straight for a fix @tantemple tan makes everything better!!!!!!'

The PR maven took some time off from running her Sweaty Betty PR empire to go on the luxury holiday after undergoing breast cancer surgery earlier this month.

She opted for a casual ensemble when she stepped out to get a spray tan in Bondi Beach on Thursday.

Roxy covered up in a black hoodie worn over two layered vest top.

She donned loose-fitting denim shorts - no doubt to try and avoid rubbing off the fresh spray tan.

The mother-of-two was seen leaving the salon and walking towards her car with her keys in one hand.

A promo clip for the upcoming 60 Minutes documentary about Roxy's cancer battle shows the moment surgeons removed her tumour.

In the trailer, she is seen being wheeled on a hospital bed into an operating threatre as her mother, Dooren, a breast cancer survivor, watches on.

The footage was filmed at a Sydney hospital this month and will be included in a an hour-long special which airs on Sunday.

The defiant mother-of-two snapped at the reporter to 'change your friends' in a preview for the fiery interview, which is due to air next Sunday.

Her outburst came after Allison told Roxy some 'normal' people may have questioned the timing of her cancer battle - just weeks after her husband Oliver Curtis was jailed.

'Well they're not normal Alison, change your friends,' Roxy said.

'You've got too much time on your hands if you say that. I don't really give a f*** what they think on my timing.

'They can say that, the reality is, it's not something that I ever thought I would face.'

She also opened up about how her investment banker husband's two jail-term has left her as a single mother.

Despite her turbulent past few months, Roxy said she is determined to keep life as normal as possible for her five-year-old daughter Pixie and two-year-old Hunter.

'It is what it is. I'm unfortunately the person who has got the cancer, my husband is in jail and I'm now a single mother,' she told the program.

'I can't believe I'm even in this position. I don't want to let down the children.
