They're the biggest power couple in the music industry.

So it was fitting that Beyonce and Jay Z decided to coordinate in his and hers power suits on Monday for the Hands Of Stone premiere in New York City.

The 34-year-old singer and the 46-year-old rapper skipped the red carpet, but their pal Usher (who stars in the film) snapped a photo of them inside the event.

Beyonce was shown grinning away in the picture, as her husband Jay Z tenderly wrapped his arm around her.

The Drunk In Love hit-maker flashed some cleavage - and her long legs - in her plunging double-breasted grey pinstriped skirt suit.

Beyonce, who also wore grey heels and left the event in sunglasses, pinned back half of her curly locks and finished off her look with glamorous make-up.

Meanwhile Jay Z wore a stone-coloured two-piece suit complete with a white shirt and no tie.

Beyonce and Jay-Z may have skipped the red carpet for the Hands Of Stone film premiere in New York City this week, but it didn't take long for the world to realize their presence and they were snapped leaving after the event.

The couple wore his and hers suits in grey and Beyonce who already seems to 'run the world' looked to be seriously power dressing. Not only did the pinstripe suit look fierce, she ensured she still oozed sex appeal with the help of the short shorts and heeled sandals that elongated her already towering pins.

Usher took a picture of the happy couple, who recently returned from an Italian getaway, and shared it to his Snapchat.

The 37-year-old singer and actor is portraying boxing legend Sugar Ray Leonard, 60, who joined him on the red carpet.

The film tells the story of fellow boxing legend Roberto Durán, whose nickname 'Manos de Piedra' lent itself to the movie's title.The 65-year-old Panamanian was also on hand for the first showing of his biopic.

Both pugilists are considered among the greatest to have ever graced the ring, half of the Fantastic Four (along with Thomas Hearns and Marvin Hagler) who fought each other a number of times in the 1980s.

There were three Sugar v Stone bouts, the first being the The Brawl in Montreal when Duran defeated Leonard to take his WBC Welterweight Championship, his first professional loss.

The second was the immediate rematch just five months later, when Duran shocked the world by conceding 'No más' i the middle of the eighth round.

Also at Monday's premiere was the man playing Durán, Edgar Ramirez, who moved to Panama to train with him and his sons for the movie.

Ana de Armas, who plays Durán's wife Felicidad Iglesias, also walked the carpet, along with Jay Z and Beyonce, Priyanka Chopra and Rosie Perez.

Accompanied by his wife Grace Hightower was Robert De Niro, who won the 1980 Best Actor Oscar for his portrayal of another boxing legend, Jake La Motta, in Raging Bull.
