While normally the world sees her in lingerie or a bikini at the most, this Victoria's Secret Angel is just as impressive even when covered up.

Sara Sampaio dazzled the crowd quite literally in a number of glamorous looks in Mexico on Thursday.

The 25-year-old beauty was the star of the show at the annual Liverpool Fashion Fest in Mexico City.

The model got to have a Miss Universe moment, walking out in three evening wear looks as glitter confetti fell from the sky and a host hyped up the crowd.

Not that they needed much help appreciating the beauty as she dazzled - literally and metaphorically - as she walked down the runway for the fashion festival put on by Mexico's biggest department store.

Despite spending a good portion of her day inside the Liverpool store, Sara took on the catwalk looking fresh and energized.

For the catwalk show, the Angel first stepped out in a long red tulle gown.

The question round? The 25-year-old was interviewd mid-walk by host Jan for the fashion festival put on by Mexico's biggest department store

Featuring cap sleeves and a sheer peek-a-boo panel across her cleavage, the dress meant she was far more covered up then she usually is for Victoria's Secret's fashion show but still got a chance to show off her famed physique.

Covered in intricate beading in dark and light red sequins, the pattern of the frock also highlighted her slender waist and hourglass figure.

The model, whose hair was styled in shiny loose corkscrew curls, made sure to stop and pose, looking over her shoulder and flashing a big smile at the fashion fans.

Featuring a ruffle down the centre of the skirt and one onside of the triangle top, the dress flowed behind Sara as she strutted down the runway in big silver platforms.

As she walked, silver confetti rained down on her while Latin Grammy winner David Bisbal hit all the high notes.

Sara has been in Mexico just two days after spending a week vacationing with beau Oliver Ripley in St. Tropez.

While duty called and she was back at work, the fashion star will soon be in the Nevada desert for the annual Burning Man Festival for yet another, albeit very different, vacation.
