Rihanna stepped out in New York City on Friday in stylish sky blue culottes and matching stiletto heels.

Her baggy wide pants ended mid-calf and featured white side stripes with silver studs and an elasticated waist.

She paired them with a gray cropped sweatshirt with black trim and a colorful print on the front.

The R&V singer wore her long hair loose and rocked a pair of round silver frame sunglasses.

She rocked multiple silver earrings and several large gold rings.

Her sandal heels featured an ankle strap and her tattoos including a new shark inking in homage to Drake.

Eye-catching: The singer paired the baggy cropped pants with a gray cropped sweatshirt with black trim and a colorful print on the front.

Back in the Big Apple: The Work hitmaker looked happy and relaxed after spending the past couple of days in Miami with Drake

RiRi has had quite a week of it.

On Sunday she was honored at the MTV VMA's with the Michael Jackson Vanguard Award, which was presented to her by rapper Drake.

Drake stunned fans with his heartfelt declaration of love for the singer at the ceremony held at Madison Square Garden.

The Work songstress then followed him to Miami where she joined him on stage during his gigs and partied with him at clubs.

On the move: It turned out she was headed to a heliport where she boarded a helicopter

On Friday, the Bajan beauty took to Instagram to upload a video of her VMA's speech.

Alongside it she wrote: '#VMA2016 night was one that I would never forget!! I have the most incredible people in my life!'

She went on to thank a number pf people for their support before concluding with: '@champagnepapi your speech was so touching and I love you for that! All in all....Best night ever!!! I'm a lucky girl!!!'
