And Hailey Baldwin has opened up about why she prefers to be single in a new interview with the London Evening Standard's ES magazine, admitting she finds it difficult dealing with being responsible other people's feelings.

The 19-year-old model also discussed her hopeless crush on John Mayer and the endless plastic surgery rumours in the candid chat.

Hailey told the publication: 'I'm just trying to handle myself, this lifestyle, this job, the travelling.

'So the thought of having to be responsible for someone else's feelings? I don't know if I'd be able to.'

The striking blonde, who has featured in campaigns for the likes of Ralph Lauren, Moschino and Topshop, confessed that if she could have any guy, it would be John Mayer.

Admitting that she finds the 38-year-old very attractive, Hailey revealed she listens to the 'talented' singer's music on a loop.

The star also discussed allegations her plump pout and pretty features are the result of plastic surgery.

She admitted that even members of her own family have called up her mother and asked whether she's gone under the knife.

Quashing the claims once and for all, Hailey revealed: 'I grew into my looks. I do look different than I did when I was younger, but it's still the same face.'

Hailey and Bieber are thought to have called it quits in March because of their busy schedules, yet have remained good friends.

The model found it hard to deal with the pressure of dating the singer - who is now with Sofia Richie - and has even deactivated the comments on her Instagram after being mercilessly trolled by jealous fans.

In an interview with Marie Claire, Hailey said that she needed a thick skin to date someone like Bieber.

'I don't want attention out of dating somebody. Texts started coming through, crazy phone calls...it's hard to date somebody in this industry', she said.
