Morgan Carey, 51, made the scathing remarks during an interview where he discussed all the issues faced by the 'broken family' - and also called on his superstar sister to splash her cash and help fix things.

'Mariah doesn't care about anyone other than herself,' he told Inside Edition

'And it's always been that way.

'I would hope Mariah could find it in her heart to forgive Alison for her transgressions and step up, create a trust, let’s make sure Alison’s needs are met.'

The brother, who was once a performer and model himself, went on to take credit for his sister's success in the intense interview.

'There wouldn't be a Mariah Carey if it hadn't been for me,' he claimed.

The latest escalation in the bitter family dispute comes after Alison was released on bail after she was arrested for allegedly offering an undercover cop sexual favors.

She was released from Ulster County Jail in upstate New York after posting a $1,000 bail on Wednesday.

Alison did not speak to reporters after the short hearing.

The 55-year-old was operating as a prostitute out of a hotel in Saugerties, Ulster County, in Upstate New York when she was caught, cops said.

And according to cops the woman advertised herself online using her millionaire pop star sister's lyrics, the Daily Freeman reported.

Alison was described by authorities as a 'transient' but had reportedly been offering her services out of the hotel - which police are not naming - for a week.

Saugerties police chief Joseph Sinagra said his team had been tipped off by a series of advertisements that she had been placing in the 'adult' section of an unnamed website.

One of Alison's alleged advertisements, posted Friday, read: 'Im a pretty lady looking for guys who are looking to have some fun and get into a world of pleasure that other woman just cant provide two you...'

She promised that she was a 'woman with the ability to make the earth move for you and to get you to see stars, oh yea with me its, "ITS SUCH A SWEET,SWEET FANTASY BABY, WHEN I CLOSE MY EYES I COME AND TAKE YOU ON AND ON."'

The words mirror the lyrics of Mariah's 1995 single 'Fantasy.'

Two other adverts by the same user were submitted on July 31 and August 15.

Police are now advising those who had sex with Alison to go to their doctors as soon as possible - especially if it was unprotected.

In March, Alison spoke directly to her sister in a video recorded by The Daily Mail, asking the pop star - who is worth an estimated $510million - for financial support.

As well as struggling with HIV, the recovering drug addict was reportedly left with brain and spine injuries after a devastating home invasion attack in April 2015.

In the video, she begged her sister, with whom she hadn't spoken since a huge falling out in 1994: ‘Mariah I love you, and I desperately need your help, please don’t abandon me like this.’

She also said that she had worked as a prostitute in New York City before Mariah became famous, in order to clothe her family.
