Give Auntie a hug! Marisa Tomei and Tom Holland already look like family as they embrace on set of Spider-Man: Homecoming

These two are not going to have to work too hard to act like they are related.

Marisa Tomei and Tom Holland are playing aunt and nephew in Spider-Man: Homecoming and they look as close as family already.

The 51-year-old actress could not hide her excitement as she saw her younger co-star on the set in Atlanta, Georgia, on Wednesday.

As soon as the star spotted the 20-year-old actor, she threw her arms around him and gave him a big hug.

The pair chatted away before having to head to their trailers to get ready, with Marisa being transformed into Aunt May and Tom into her charge and superhero Spider-Man.

Marisa is obviously playing a much younger version of Aunt May than fans of the comic and the movie franchise are used to seeing.

Usually Aunt May along with husband Ben are portrayed as an elderly couple who took in a young Peter Parker, aka Spider-Man.

Marisa arrived on set in a comfortable ensemble wearing a blue loose-fit jumpsuit and a pair of Teva sandals.

Tom meanwhile was in just an Under Armour tank and a pair of tracksuit pants before he changed into the book-ish gear of Peter Parker.

The young star is the latest to step into Spider-Man's suit and already got a taste of his power and abilities in this spring's Captain America: Civil War and will look to further expand on his legacy as he shoots Spider-Man: Homecoming.
