Wooden model of London goes up in flames on the Thames to commemorate Great Fire

More than 13,000 houses and 87 churches were destroyed when the Great Fire tore through London over four days in September 1666. Tonight London paid tribute to the destruction and the recovery by setting the 400ft sculpture (inset) on fire.
