It's back to school time and one of the NFL's most talked about former players is returning to college.
Johnny Manziel has re-enrolled for classes at Texas A&M University, according to The Dallas Morning News.
The 23-year-old is listed as a senior majoring in recreation, parks and tourism sciences.
The troubled former NFL quarterback was spotted over the weekend in College Station, as his Snapchat geo-filter placed him in town along with eyewitness accounts that were also shared on social media.
A screenshot of a class message board with an 'Introduction' from 'Johnathan Manziel' was shared to Twitter on Monday.
'My name is Johnny. I am originally from Tyler, Texas, but I also call Kerrville, TX my home,' he reportedly wrote on the message board for a class.

'I enjoy most sports, but my favorites are football and golf. I am a RPTS major and have been out of school a couple of years but I am trying to get back on track so I can graduate.'
In addition, a photo taken seemingly over the weekend and shared to Twitter shows Manziel posing with a group of guys, as it was captioned 'My boy @Jmanziel2 in Aggie land'.
The former Heisman Trophy winner left college for the NFL before finishing his courses that are required to receive his degree in recreation, parks and tourism sciences.
It's unclear how many courses he is taking or how many credits he needs to finish the degree.
Don't get excited about seeing him on campus anytime soon though. Manziel will continue to live in Los Angeles and take courses online, The Dallas Morning News reported.
But Manziel was reportedly seen partying with rappers over Labor Day weekend in Miami, according to Page Six.
He was spotted at Story nightclub with Future after having seen the rapper perform with Drake.
A Snapchat video on Manziel posted by TMZ appeared to show him sipping Champagne at Story.
But Manziel’s vowed he’s going sober to try and reclaim a spot in the NFL.

It has been a tragic fall from grace for the former Heisman Trophy winner. Manziel is pictured (left) getting drafted in 2014, and (right) during one of his last games for the Browns in December 2015
Manziel, who was the first freshman to win the Heisman Trophy, redshirted in his freshman year.
While in school, he threw for a combined 7,820 yards, 22 interceptions and 63 touchdowns.
In his two years playing for the school as starting quarterback, the Aggies won 20 games including major victories in the Chick-fil-A Bowl and the Cotton Bowl.
The fact that Manziel is returning back to college seemingly means that he has given up the idea of returning back to the NFL this season.
If a team signed the former Cleveland Browns quarterback, he would have to sit out four games following his violation of the NFL's substance abuse policy.
Jim Darnell, his attorney, said in June that the athlete hoped to get back in the game at some point during the 2016 season, ESPN reported.
However, a second source told the network that a 2017 return is more than likely for Manziel.
The disgraced ex-NFL player was allegedly out 'drinking' in New York City last month, despite his previous sobriety pledge and friends reportedly saying he 'knows he has hit rock bottom'.
The star is said to have attended Drake's concert at Madison Square Garden on August 6th before heading downtown where he was seen 'drinking and dancing'.
Manziel had vowed to remain sober from July 1 but had already been spotted downing shots at a Los Angeles night spot later on in the month.
