She vowed to post a fitness video every day to inspire her army of female fans.

And heavily pregnant Hilaria Baldwin proved her dedication to healthy living by getting pumped in bed wearing just her lingerie after an exhausting day with her husband Alec on Sunday.

The obliging Hunt For Red October star filmed the noted yoga exponent as she demonstrated some triceps extensions with a dumbbell before the couple hit the hay after an activity filled 24 hours.

The 32-year-old captioned the unforgettable Instagram clip: 'Triceps. 3 sets 15. I'm doing mine with 7lbs. #baldwinbabybump3 #366daysoflivingclearly #hilarialcm

And addressing a moment where she nonchalantly tossed her dumbbell onto the mattress, she added, 'Don't stress about the weight. I'm good at throwing them around...lots of years of practice and good aim.'

The self-styled exercise guru, who is mother to 15-month-old son Rafa and three-year-old daughter Carmen, also explained the reason for her unusual workout attire after being challenged by online meanies who claimed she was seeking attention.

She said: 'I spent the day with my kids, had dinner with my husband after going to the local nail salon together. Then I walked the dogs, then I realized I didn't do a post yet by the time I got into bed.'

Hilaria added: 'And I'm too tired for a costume change. Welcome to my page. It isn't glamorous...I'm too tired for that. It's real.'

Thankfully fans of the Spanish-born beauty will soon be able to enjoy her even more in-depth musings on health and fitness.

For her first-ever wellness book The Living Clearly Method, which comes in at a weighty 272 pages, is scheduled to for release on December 27.
