And Patrick Dempsey looked happier than ever with his stunning wife Jillian as they made their first red carpet appearance at the world premiere in Leicester Square on Tuesday since reconciling.

The 50-year-old looked dapper in a sharp, tailored suit as he proudly showed off his twin nine-year-old sons Sullivan and Darby and his daughter Tallula, 14.

The Grey's Anatomy star looked distinguished in the dark two-piece as she sported salt and pepper hair and a hint of stubble.

He posed alongside his gorgeous other half Jillian, who stunned in an elegant black column gown that skimmed her slim figure.

The deceptively simple creation had a hint of edge thanks to the choker neckline and bared her tanned shoulders with its bandeau style.

Showing off a sunkissed complexion and golden locks, she could barely contain her pride as she supported her husband at the long-awaited premiere - 12 years after the first film was released.

Jillian filed for divorce from from Dempsey in January 2015 after 15 years of marriage, but by the end of the year, the two began dating again.

In May Patrick confirmed that the two had reconciled.

Their adorable sons looked pleased to be posing on the bright fuschia carpet, and seemed to take after their dad in the style department, rocking a gingham shirt and spotted ties.

Meanwhile Tallula looked like a rising star in a simple and stylish black gown that featured a halterneck neckline.

Seeming to take after her mother, she beamed for the cameras at the lavish event at the Odeon cinema.
