She has wowed the Venice Film Festival with her choice of glamorous gowns.

And Gemma Arterton showed she can look equally good in a casual ensemble as she stepped out in the Italian city on Tuesday.

The 30-year-old actress looked chic in a striped white sleeveless top and short white shorts teamed with a pair of suede black Bionda Castana mules.

The knitted top featured black zig zag stripes, while her shorts were tied with an ornate white belt.

The actress's hair was pulled into a casual ponytail and vintage style navy sunglasses completed the look.
