'They looked like two bald men': Ex-Emmerdale star Adele Silva admits regret over D cup breast implants as she plans reduction to keep her chest perky after pregnancy

She welcomed her 'miracle' first child last year, following the heartbreak of three miscarriages.

But Adele Silva had expressed her regret over having a breast enlargement - from a B to a D cup - at the age of 22, now that pregnancy has left her chest saggy.

Revealing her plans for a breast reduction, the former Emmerdale actress told Lorraine on Tuesday morning that her original implants made her chest looked like 'two bald men'.

Thirteen years after her original op, Adele confessed: In the early Noughties, it was very much that look.

'That pronounced look,' she continued. 'Like Phil and Grant Mitchell there, like two bald men.'

Adele, who joined Emmerdale at the age of 12, shocked soap fans with her inflated chest when she returned to in 2002 to reprise her role as Kelly Windsor.

She continued: 'The initial reason was that I had breast asymmetry so that was rectified but I had implants too. 

'It wasn't ever for work, it was for confidence in myself. At that age, you're quite naive to thinking how it will take its tool when you have children.'

Now a mum-of-one, Adele has plans to replace and reduce the original implants and therefore give her chest a lift.

'During pregnancy, they went up to a G then breast feeding and shrinking back down, they've lost their... you know.

'I feel like now I'd like a smaller implant which is probably the weight of the original implant and gravity has brought them downwards. 

'This time, it's going to be a smaller implant so it's more about perkiness. I can put a pencil back underneath them, rather than a pencil case.'

Adele and her fiance Oliver Farber fell pregnant with daughter Sienna in 2014 following three heartbreaking miscarriages.

The actress first suffered a loss in 2011 but went on to suffer two more in the two consecutive years.

After consulting a fertility doctor, Adele discovered that there were three conditions at the heart of the problem.

Thrombophilia was making her blood clot, an underactive thyroid was making it harder conceive and an inflated level of 'killer cells', posed a threat to the embryo.

Her miracle baby Sienna was born in March 2015, even so, and Adele and OIiver have returned to planning their wedding.

In the future, Adele has no immediate plans for a second pregnancy and has previously said that she has not ruled out adoption, either. 

Calling her one-year-old 'amazing,' the actress admitted that she would advise her daughter to wait, if the topic of breast enlargements ever came up in the future. 

She said: 'Your body's not fully developed, I hadn't thought about after children or breast feeding. I think I'd be a bit more realistic about it and ask her to wait.'
