But Colin Firth, who plays Mark Darcy, looked as handsome as ever as he took to the pink carpet 12 years later, to promote the newest film in the series Bridget Jones' Baby on Monday night.

The actor, 55, looked incredibly suave in a classic suit as he posed happily alongside his stunning Italian wife Livia Giuggioli at the star-studded bash in Leicester Square.
