Australian model and shoe fanatic Erin McNaught's son is going to be the most popular kid in the playground.

The 34-year-old is teaching her son Evander all about sneaker style - the one-year-old receiving pair of Kanye West's Yeezy Boost 350 Infant sneakers on Tuesday.

The infant shoes, released globally on 27 August, retail for just over $150.

Van is not the first child of a celebrity to nab a pair of the hot-ticket items.

Kanye and wife Kim's daughter North West is regularly spotted in the shoes, and Chrissy Teighen's daughter Luna also owns a pair.

While Evander (nickname, Van) has only just been given his first pair of Yeezys, Erin has been all over this sneaker fad for a while now.

Just over a year ago, the mother-of-one posted a photo of her pair of black Yeezys.

She captioned the picture, 'Absolutely killing me. How can a pair of trainers make me feel like this??'

It's not the first time Erin has posted a pair of her sneakers on Instagram.

She regularly uploads photos of her latest shoe additions, showing off her growing collection to her 144,000 followers.

Most of the shoes she posts are made by the sporting superpower brand, adidas.

This is the first time the model has posted a picture of her son's shoes.

The fashionable Van is the first child of Erin and her husband Elliot Gleave, better known by his stage name Example.

The young parents have kept quite low-key of late, with their most recent public social appearance together being at the Cornwell Boardmasters Festival in mid August.
